Background

Tang San is Tang Hao’s biological son and Ah Yin’s child. Ah Yin, a Hundred-Thousand-Year Blue Silver Emperor, sacrificed herself to save Tang Hao and infant Tang San when Martial Soul Hall pursued her. Her sacrifice became Tang Hao’s ninth Soul Ring and left behind a Blue Silver Emperor Soul Bone for Tang San. 54

At five years old, Tang San and Tang Hao encountered the wounded Lin Zhixia while she was fleeing after Martial Soul Hall killed her parents. Tang San offered her safety in Sacred Soul Village, tended her injuries using medicinal knowledge from his past life, and promised to train beside her and help seek justice for her family. 1 2 3

Before reincarnation, Tang San had been an Outer Sect disciple of the Tang Sect, trained in hidden weapons and medicine. He secretly studied forbidden Inner Sect techniques and leapt from a cliff to prove his resolve; memories of that life continue to shape his use of medicine, traps, and hidden weapons. 2
