The most troublesome problem came from the unknown. Even to the Mother of the Multiverse, Doctor Manhattan was far too mysterious.
The Empty Hand, Batman Dragon, and World Forger all had clear goals. Perpetua could determine her attitude toward them through those goals, and even try to win them over. Even if that failed, she could still reach agreements with Batman Dragon on certain matters while remaining enemies with him.
But Doctor Manhattan was different. Perpetua knew he was trying to conduct an experiment, but how was he conducting it? And to what extent did he intend to take it?
When it came to understanding Doctor Manhattan, Perpetua was far inferior to Batman Dragon. The Empty Hand's intrusion into the Watchmen Universe had practically been orchestrated by Batman Dragon alone. Aside from the Empty Hand using the Ultimate Monitor as a shield when he broke in, everything should have been within Batman Dragon's plans.
So was she supposed to remain quietly outside the DC Multiverse, passively waiting for the final outcome?
She turned her head and saw Batman Dragon standing there. In that instant, an idea burst into Perpetua's mind. Now that he has lost the Ultimate Monitor, if I kill Batman Dragon...
The next moment, Perpetua saw the three Sixth-Dimensional Gods of the DC Multiverse appear beside Batman Dragon. The upstream and downstream of the Over-Time Stream were simultaneously filled by the three brothers once more. Although they had
