The Mother of the Multiverse had lost her chance at resurrection. Now, she could only reveal an absurd shadow and swagger before him.

The First Lantern blinked. He heard Main Universe Lex Luthor reporting to Perpetua, but strangely, Main Universe Luther wasn't here.
Then the First Lantern immediately realized that Perpetua's phantom wasn't here either.
Wait. What did this mean?
Simply put, what the First Lantern was seeing was the past of the Over-Time Stream.
He had just seen an image of Main Universe Luther speaking with Perpetua. His gaze could now easily see through the barriers between timelines, peering into history like a Sixth-Dimensional God.
The First Lantern thought for a moment. He rewound the history of the Over-Time Stream, then repeated what Main Universe Luther had said.
"He didn't read anything about Joker Martha from my mind."
Why would I let him read my mind?
The First Lantern widened his eyes. He began to comprehend, without instruction, the essence of modifying reality in the Over-Time Stream. So he did exactly that. Immediately afterward, the past of the Over-Time Stream he was observing changed into—
"Great master, I cannot read the memories in the First Lantern's mind..."
The First Lantern discovered that he had altered the past of the Over-Time Stream. It was no longer Main Universe Luther reading his memories, but Perpetua herself.
