Dream Island rose to prominence after the fall of the Ronald Kingdom. Its Island Lord and academy dean, Kip Vico—the Great Sage known as the Hand of Elements—was regarded as the Ronald Continent's only Sage and one of humanity's principal pillars there. 125 197

The island became a sacred destination for ambitious youths across the Ronald Continent. Its academy selects exceptional geniuses as formal students, while also admitting self-funded auditors; auditors who demonstrate persistence and ability can later become formal students. 199
