The Dragon Lord rules the Water Mansion and commands the aquatic races of the two-thousand-li Yuyun River. His influence is feared across the region; Madam Hehuan invokes his name as protection, claiming that even the Cloud-Turning Sword Sect was destroyed by Yuyun River dragons 154.

He is regarded as an old flood dragon whose strength far exceeds that of ordinary Divine Ability practitioners. The remnant spirit within the Vengeful Dragon Pool considers him capable of crushing a Divine Ability practitioner with a single slap 182.

The Dragon Lord's ambitions extend beyond regional control. Before his tribulation, he seeks to become a king and views dragon transformation as the means to challenge the Dynasty's major powers 316. Targeting Zhou Qiming

Zhou Qiming's rapid rise under Gu Xingyun draws the Dragon Lord's attention. Viewing him as an obstacle to his plans, the Dragon Lord decides that Zhou must be eliminated 313.

Flowing Cloud County Clash

The Dragon Lord personally attacks Flowing Cloud County alongside the Chi Mother, wipes out Zhao An's men, rejects Zhao's plea for alliance, and battles a clone of the Marquis of Victorious Troops 315 316.
