The Qi Profound Realm is the first realm of the Divine Ability Great Pass. Its practitioners draw qi to penetrate the profound, gaining the ability to sense the momentum of heaven and earth and use martial arts to imitate natural forces in battle 101 116.

Advancing from Qi Profound to Unity is described as a transformation in life level: the body breaks through the Heavenly Dao’s “firewall,” receives the recognition of heaven and earth, and begins borrowing worldly momentum rather than relying solely on physical power 145.

Profound Qi

Upon entering the realm, a martial artist condenses Innate Profound Qi. This energy can be projected externally and incorporated into techniques, weapons, and true intent manifestations 116 120.

• Qi Profound cultivation relies heavily on medicinal resources; Profound Qi Pills are identified as the fastest means of accumulating Profound Qi, though the cost of progressing from early stage to perfection is immense 117 129.
• Qi Mansion Vortexes can be opened to store and circulate greater quantities of Profound Qi 131.
• Profound Qi may develop specialized attributes. Zhou Qiming transformed his qi into a purple-gold lightning attribute through pills containing the Thunder Swallowing Beast’s bloodline; the altered qi increased his power and could paralyze opponents 139.
• An exceptionally deep foundation can produce results beyond ordinary early-stage practitioners. After Zhou Qiming’s breakthrough, his Profound Qi could project over one hundred zhang, and a sword formed from it could briefly split the Luoshui River 116.

Gate of Divine Ability

Qi Profound practitioners can faintly sense the Gate of Divine Ability concealed between heaven and earth. Opening it is associated with transforming a mortal body into a Divine Ability treasure body and receiving an individual heavenly gift 116.

Potential gifts vary widely. They may enhance longevity, support, combat power, mobility, or control over phenomena such as lightning and divine fire 116.
