He left for Apocalypse City seeking medicine for Wei Yuanji, but learned that a key ingredient had already been sold to the Divine Shrine.

• Qin He killed Purple Sun High Person, learned about the Divine Shrines and the azurewood demonic flame, then fused it with Southern Ming Li fire to create the Lotus Flame.
• Qin He gathered merit through shrines across thirty-six cities, answered believers’ prayers, and learned that the Divine Court had ended its surveillance of Everbright Commandery.

• Qin He fooled the Merit Tower’s guards with a Sky Demon clone and Wei Canglan’s disguise, stole its treasures, and escaped as the tower collapsed around a buried seal.
• Qin He found Wei Yuanji, restored his cultivation with three pills, and helped him prepare to pursue those responsible for Little River Village’s massacre.
• Qin He brought rain to Little River Village by ordering the Water Monkey to stop causing drought, then tempered his soul with Merit and strengthened the Black Demon Banner.

Qin He fused his flames, escaped the Divine Court’s pursuit with Bone Liuli’s help, then adopted the identity of the dead realm patrol envoy Lin Yan. After passing the Bureau’s identity checks, he was imprisoned by Li Wuming, who continued testing his disguise through dangerous creatures.

• Qin He fused the Devouring Heaven and Earth Flame with his Lotus Flame, then escaped Blackwind Abyss while Bone Liuli fought the High God.

After destroying the monarch’s avatar, he absorbed the flame, gained a new cloning technique, and headed back to Zhao Yan and the others.
