A thunderclap exploded across the lofty heavens, and surging energy tore a massive gap through the snow-white sea of clouds. Yet what lay beyond was not sunlight, but layer upon layer of vast, faintly glowing white clouds.

Three slender figures smashed through the clouds behind them and flew backward in three different directions, returning to their own formations.

"Garratt Duchy! You've already driven every Totem God and Shaman Wizard out of your territory, completely forbidding anyone else from entering and monopolizing all the Spirit Origin on that land. Now you've come outside your borders to compete with us too? Isn't that far too overbearing?!"

One side consisted of Lady Crow, Yeher, dressed like an aristocratic lady. Unlike before, a clump of rather vivid emerald green fungal filaments had grown at her temple, as though she had tucked a flower into her hair.

The other side was Mother of Water, Mairo, who operated along the West Coast and possessed a human body with a fish tail. After the duchy was established, she, like Yeher, had gained the new identity of being its neighbor.

Behind each of the two high-ranking Totem Gods stood several fierce third-tier Totem Gods, along with more than a dozen third-tier Great Shamans and Totem Warriors. They appeared to have deployed their entire forces.

The two Totem God factions simultaneously turned toward the third party at the center, the one with the fewest members. Anita, the Titled Knight best at frontal assaults, led the group, while the fully armed Nymph, Sera, Olivia, and Angie stood in a row behind her.

Behind them stood the imposing Legendary Battleship Emerald Corona, with Calvin, Jacob, Kyle, Bach, and Evan—all the second-tier students—on board.
