After returning, Meng Qi advanced Heaven Smiting Five Thunders, while Xu Yue approached Ren Pingsheng at Hero Tower and warned him about the Shengsi Wuchang Sect and Myth.

• Meng Qi captured the Joyful Demonic in Yi City, and Xu Yue arrived in time to destroy the Thousand-Faced Demonic and the awakened evil god before leaving with Meng Qi for Ye City.
• Xu Yue helped Meng Qi join Six Doors and investigate Captain Zhang’s disappearance in Yuyang, where they uncovered the pressure surrounding Ke Biqun and the sinking of the Gold-class Painted Boat.
• Nine Heavens Thunder God attacked Great River Pavilion, but the Life-Taking Yaksha stopped him, seized his Treasure Soldier, and forced him to flee with a Reincarnation Talisman.
• Xu Yue and Meng Qi escorted Ke Biqun toward Maoling, then their team was divided across the Journey to the West mission, where Meng Qi’s group faced demons and Xu Yue confronted Ananda on Spirit Mountain.
• Benbo’erba’s defeat was followed by attacks that killed Cao Zhan and Ge Huaien, while Zhang Yuanshan stayed behind to hold off an ox demon and Qi Zhengyan disappeared.

Meng Qi and Xu Yue thwart Jiang Hengchuan’s schemes, travel to the Divine Capital, and become entangled in the Su Family’s conflicts. After Su Yue is killed, they enter a new Reincarnation Mission to seal the Demon Realm passage, where Xu Yue’s sudden advancement leaves a battle unresolved.

• Jiang Hengchuan’s schemes collapsed after Xu Yue killed Old Zhong Tou and Lu Zhiping drove off Ziwei Star Lord, while Jiang escaped and Han Guang gave him another chance in Myth.
• Meng Qi joined Immortal Traces as a reserve member, and he and Xu Yue traveled toward the Divine Capital, fighting Buren Tower assassins along the way.
• Meng Qi returned to the Su Family, clashed with Ke Weilan, and declared that he would win the Martial Champion title and seek inheritance rights.
• Constable Ke whipped Ke Weilan for her treatment of Meng Qi, but Meng Qi stopped him and accepted his explanation.

• Xu Yue and his companions killed the Extreme True Sky Demon and entered the Demon Realm, where they resisted the Primordial Demon’s possession and destroyed it with Buddha’s Lamp.
• Meng Qi won the Palace Examination’s Martial Champion title, and Xu Yue and Meng Qi traveled to Wen'an to investigate the missing Jin Li.

• Xu Yue and Meng Qi endured an ambush by Myth and Buren Tower, but Gao Lan revealed himself as a Dharmakaya and rescued them with the Human Emperor Sword.
• The Human Emperor Sword chose Xu Yue, and he lent it to Gao Lan for a year before cultivating with Meng Qi and guiding new Reincarnators.
• Xu Yue rescued Kong Wen from a sealed Time-Space Fragment, exposing Han Guang’s impersonation, and he and Meng Qi later fulfilled their promise to the Thief King’s family.
• Xu Yue and Meng Qi accepted a mission to find Yang Zhenchan in Bomi, killed Ze Luoju in Hale, and tracked Poison Hand Demon Lord to his connection with Yang Zhenchan.
• Xu Yue and Meng Qi captured and killed Poison Hand Demon Lord and Yang Zhenchan, then disguised themselves as the pair to infiltrate the Nether Emperor’s organization.
