At Spirit Mountain, Xu Yue appeared to betray Meng Qi during Ananda’s attempt to absorb him, but Meng Qi broke through with the aid of the Three Pure Ones, and Xu Yue left the Six Paths with Jiang Zhiwei and Ruan Yushu.
