Bonus Chapter Rules for Tips and Recommendation Votes

Quite a few readers have been asking about the bonus chapter rules for tips.

After looking at the tipping rules used by authors of other books and taking into account how slowly I write, I came up with the following bonus chapter rules, on the basis of three guaranteed daily updates.

5,000 Book Currency (Deacon): one bonus chapter, limited to five times. (Please treat me like a human being. I write slowly, and thinking up the plot gives me headaches.)

10,000 Book Currency (Hall Master): one bonus chapter, twenty times. (I'm not that kind of person. My hairline is shooting upward; twenty times is my limit.)

50,000 Book Currency (Sect Leader): five bonus chapters, unlimited times. (Today, I'm yours. With goji berries and a thermos in hand, I'll get on that keyboard and go to work!)

100,000 Book Currency (Alliance Leader): ten bonus chapters, unlimited times. (Don't treat me like a human today. Even if I go bald and work myself to death, I'll still update!)

1,000,000 Book Currency (Platinum Alliance Leader): one hundred bonus chapters, unlimited times. (Today, I'm not human. I'll be with my keyboard twenty-four hours a day. To hell with studying and work—everything I have is yours! Even if I have to take the day off, I'll still update! Rich readers, ravage me to your hearts' content! Let me suffer beneath the storm of Book Currency!!)

Note: I'm usually pretty busy too, so I don't have much time to write. The tips above do not stack. Simply put, if a dear reader tips 5,000 Book Currency today, I'll add one bonus chapter for them. If that same reader tips another 5,000 Book Currency the next day, bringing the total to 10,000 Book Currency and reaching Hall Master rank, I won't be able to add another chapter for that. They would need to tip 10,000 Book Currency the next day before I could add one.

There are limits on the number of bonus chapters below Hall Master rank. As for Sect Leader through Platinum Alliance Leader, don't treat the author like a human—the author can take it!
