In the Demon Academy's grand theater music classroom, an immersive concert was underway.
At the center of the stage, a demon with blue flames burning atop his head was singing passionately. His figure was clearly visible beneath the spotlight, and his howling voice was loud and wild, like a roar from the deepest depths of hell. Every note was filled with the power of death metal.
Serious, absorbed expressions also appeared on the judges' faces. Some frowned, while others closed their eyes and listened to the singer's voice.
As the lights dimmed, the entire venue fell into darkness. Then, light and shadow shifted across the stage, and the singing erupted from the silence, ushering in the performance's climax. Magic that burst with light and fire instantly illuminated the entire stage, and many students in the back rows immediately erupted in shouts that reverberated throughout the theater.
For a moment, Lanchi felt that the Demon Realm Academy seemed to be trying out some very novel teaching methods.
But the stranger it was, the more bizarre this Difficulty 2 seemed.
According to Bachelle, it was definitely several times harder than the Difficulty 1 Demon Magic Text examination room they had just left.
Lanchi surveyed the entire grand theater music classroom.
The four Music Mentors seated before the stage appeared to hold very high status, but the magic power within them was not particularly strong. Instead, the teacher standing behind the curtain, who looked something like a host, radiated terrifying magical fluctuations.
The host teacher seemed to be the controller and keeper of the classroom's rules. His proper attire and accessories also made him appear to hold a higher position in the Demon Academy's faculty than the Dragon Demon and Owl Demon in the previous examination room.
Sure enough.
