A series of red-brick buildings basked in the golden-orange sunset at five in the afternoon, quietly recounting Ikelite's long history with their solemn, dignified bearing.
At the sunset's most dazzling hour, rays of light pierced through gaps in the dense leaves and cast a layer of twilight-gold patterns across the stone outer walls of the Sage Institute's Dormitory Building.
