Wherever the mana swept, a thick layer of frost instantly formed across the ground. Icicles thrust up from the earth and linked with the lightning, attempting to imprison Perlman within.

The two energies collided in midair, erupting with a deafening boom.

Ice crystals flew in all directions, mental force scattered, and Perlman remained completely unmoved.

A smile touched the corners of Perlman's mouth, and his figure suddenly vanished from where he stood.

"But if you want to fight me, you'd better call your teacher."

The next second, he appeared behind Aitio, his cane drifting lightly toward the back of her heart.
