Lanchi Admitted That Talia Was Cute

Talia's body stiffened, and she could only stare at Lanchi.

The restaurant's originally gentle lighting now seemed especially glaring. The bright crystal chandelier refracted dazzling rays like a merciless spotlight, enveloping them with nowhere to hide.

Just when Talia felt utterly helpless, with every breath growing heavy and difficult, she suddenly saw Lanchi become calm and composed once more.

She seemed to have found her savior as well and tightened her grip on Lanchi's hand.

"No problem. Please change it to a Four-Cut Waterfall Cheese Handmade Beef Burger."

Lanchi first spoke calmly to the waiter, then unhurriedly shifted his attention to the Communication Magic Card.

"It's like this. You know Tata really likes merchandise from the Animal Forest series, so today I ordered her the set meal recommended by the staff. It might still not be enough, but she can get a stuffed toy and a lottery ticket. As for the couple accessories, that's because today happens to be a holiday here in the Bosen Kingdom."

He explained everything to Hughberlian in an orderly manner.

"Yes."

Talia added from the side.

Although she felt that Lanchi's explanation was insulting her again, she could not help but be grateful for his superb emergency improvisation.

Lanchi was undoubtedly a public-relations expert!

As long as she was the only one eating the couple's set meal, Hughberlian would not misunderstand and suspect that she and Lanchi were a couple.

"Oh, so that's how it is."

Hughberlian was relieved upon hearing this.

Come to think of it, Lanchi and Tata probably would not want any accessories either. They usually looked as though they detested each other, so it was even less likely that they would wear matching couple jewelry in Ikelite.

"But are the two of you out on a date today?"
