As Lanchi followed Secretary Naira along the roads of Saint Krui Di Monastery, employees and students in academy uniforms streamed past him.
Every square they crossed had people in it. Pilgrimage-bound monastery monks knelt and prayed devoutly.
Groups of two or three students either sparred with swords or chatted animatedly, youthful vigor shining brightly on their faces.

"Landry seems to be quite charming."

"Couldn't these students simply be curious about my identity?"

"Perhaps, but among the students who have been paying attention to you, boys make up only forty percent, while girls make up sixty percent. That means some of them are interested in you merely because you're the opposite sex."
Naira offered her analysis.

"Wouldn't many women pay attention to you back home?"
Secretary Naira asked.
