"Truly an unforgettable experience."

Inside the Lopes Temple, Themis finished the last of her wine, her fair cheeks flushed slightly.

Ordinary drinks were not enough to affect a god, but clearly, those brewed by Ryan using the authority of [Wine] were not among them.

"If you're interested, you can take some back with you." Setting down the crystal clear wine glass, Ryan waved his hand, summoning dozens of barrels of brewed wine.

"Since our last farewell, I haven't seen Cronus in quite some time. Consider these wines a belated gift from me to congratulate him on becoming the God King; I think he'll like them."

"Then I'll accept them on Cronus's behalf."

With an apologetic smile, Themis was unaware of the conflict between Ryan and Cronus over the Space-Time Origin.

She thought Ryan wanted to remind Cronus not to forget their previous two agreements. In fact, the Goddess of Justice was also a bit dissatisfied with her younger brother's delayed fulfillment of his promises.

Over the past three hundred years, she had passed by Mount Othrys several times, visiting the Earth Mother, who had regained some vitality. From the Earth Mother, she heard that Cronus had refused to go to the Abyss and release his six strangely-shaped brothers, using the excuse that he 'hadn't fully mastered the God King's authority.'

Because of this, the Earth Mother left Mount Othrys and lived for many years near the eastern Ocean of the continent, staying with her second son.

The five Ocean gods who descended one after another were born during this period.

Composing herself, the Goddess of Justice, who had removed her blindfold three hundred years ago, looked directly at Ryan and got straight to the point.

"Please speak, madam. I am also curious as to what made you choose to come to my door after three hundred years of traveling."

"I sought a solution, and in the end, the Divinity of Law gave me a response. I need to create laws for the rules of the mortal world, so that the laws themselves can reject chaos and madness."

"But what does this have to do with me?" Ryan asked with a smile.

"Because I also need a creation that can bear the laws, I want to use it to communicate with the world and write my laws into the roots of the mortal world."

Themis looked solemn, she could feel that the improvement of her Divinity should be on this matter. As long as she could perfect the mortal world, the Divinity of Law would leap, enough to support her to become a powerful god with a Divine Power level of 18 or higher.

As she spoke, Themis looked at Ryan.

With a slight wave of his hand, the next moment, with a flash of Space-Time fluctuations, a huge bronze book appeared out of thin air in his hand.

Without the slightest concealment, the powerful aura of the [Codex of Creation] was instantly sensed by Themis.

Without a doubt, this was a terrifying high-level divine artifact, and it even faintly gave her a feeling of being of a higher level.

"Unlike what Earth Mother understands, Lady Themis," Ryan said calmly, stroking the spine of the bronze book with his right hand, "The essence of the Divine Decree Stone Tablet is beyond her imagination. The 'Order' contained within is even close to most of Tartarus's 'Chaos'. I used three stone tablets to create three divine artifacts, and what you see is the second of them."

Themis frowned, knowing that she would likely return empty-handed. The aura of the divine artifact before her was comparable to the Life Treasure Bottle, and no one would easily lend out such a divine artifact. But out of a desire to perfect her Divinity, she still spoke.

"If you are willing," she said, "I wonder what I would have to pay to borrow this divine artifact from you."

She was prepared to make an oath to work for Ryan in the future. In fact, she had nothing else to offer. But unexpectedly, she received an unexpected answer from Ryan.

"Nothing is needed," he said, "As long as you swear to the Spirit World, acknowledging my undisputed sovereignty over the Codex of Creation. Then for the next thousand years, it will be yours."

Looking at the astonishment of the goddess before him, Ryan did not explain, but simply handed over the book that seemed to be cast in bronze.

He believed that she would not refuse.

Somewhat astonished, but as Ryan had thought, looking at the divine artifact handed to her, Themis hesitated for a moment, but still reached out to take it.

Gods and Divinity are mutually influential. Faced with the temptation of improving her Divinity, Themis could not refuse.

...After chatting for a few more words, the Goddess of Justice left the Divine Mountain with the borrowed divine artifact.

After Ryan sent Themis away from the Spirit World, he also went to a palace behind Mount Sinai.

That was his bedroom, the Elas Temple.

Sitting on the soft couch, Ryan looked through the Space-Time mirror, watching Themis heading towards the ground with doubt and incomprehension. He knew that she was going to seek the God King's decree.

To legislate for the present world, the God King's approval was also an indispensable part.

"After legislation, this divine artifact will be initially perfected."

Looking at the stone book in the goddess's hand in the mirror, Ryan murmured to himself.

In his original plan, the Codex of Creation should be the recorder, perfecter, and creator of all rules and laws in the world. Law can indeed be linked to Spirituality, which is feasible. But the problem is that the Goddess of Law had already descended before Ryan opened up the Spirit World.

Ryan can absorb the Star Origin of the world, and he has even absorbed almost all of it, but that is because the real Star God has not yet been born, and Coeus is only the god of 'lightless celestial bodies', but law is different.

The previous Codex of Creation was completely powerful because of the 'Order' Origin of the Divine Decree Stone Tablet itself, and its own 'Law' part only had a very small amount from Chronology.

But as Themis legislates for the present world, the Khaos's 'Law' Origin will rise a lot, and half of it will flow to the Codex of Creation that carries it, and Themis will only get the other half.

After this matter, this powerful creation, which is close to a Creation Divine Artifact when taken out alone, will be completely mature.

Watching Themis, who had arrived on the surface, heading towards Mount Othrys, Ryan dispelled the Space-Time mirror.

He can silently observe Themis, who is at Divine Power level 13, but it does not mean that he can observe the God King, who is gradually securing his position.

He doesn't need to worry about what happens next. For the sake of her own advancement, the Lady of Justice will do her best to complete everything related to 'legislation'.

With his mind immersed in the root of the Spirit World, Ryan continued to digest the different Origins. For a considerable period of time in the future, this will be his main job.

The two names of the Divine Mountain, and the two temples of the protagonist, are all adapted from the names of other places. By the way, a section of the plot that I don't know if I will write later is left. As a naming waste, I have to borrow the wisdom of the ancients, although they are Western ancients.
