Kino raised an eyebrow when he saw the robber, who had been torn to pieces the moment he arrived in Hell.
What terrible luck. He had chosen at random, never expecting to land directly in an arena.

"Hello, can we talk?"
Kino smiled at Barry.
"Well, I'm going to be late for my part-time job. Maybe next time!"
Barry looked nervous, his eyes darting about as he hurriedly searched for an excuse, hoping to run away while he had the chance.
"I advise you to think carefully!"
Venom reached out and grabbed his shoulder. The force made it impossible for Barry to break free.
"Fine. I know a really good burger place."
Barry's face fell as he lamented his bad luck inwardly. His body was already weak from a lack of calories, and now he was facing two people who could keep up with his speed. He had no chance of escaping and could only helplessly give in.
And whether it was just his imagination or not, Barry felt his body growing somewhat heavier. He was even more tired than before.
Venom withdrew her hand, and Kino noticed that the core on his chest now displayed The Flash's face. A faint current of electricity flickered around the image.
"The Speed Force is mine."
The corners of Kino's lips curled slightly upward, and a flicker of excitement appeared in his eyes.

After eating enough for five people, Barry finally let out a long breath and leaned back in his chair, rubbing his stomach in satisfaction.
Kino looked at Barry and teased him with a smile. "Barry, don't you feel much safer now? You don't have to worry about running out of strength and being unable to run anymore, right?"
Barry awkwardly scratched his head. "How did you know?"
Kino smiled faintly, his gaze growing deep as he slowly said, "Because I've been in your position too, controlled and kept at the side of someone whose strength I couldn't even begin to imagine.
"Even if the other person doesn't mean any harm, you still feel like a puppet on strings, as though you've lost control over your own fate. That feeling is truly unpleasant."
At that moment, the light inside the restaurant fell across Kino's face, revealing a faintly bitter expression from his memories.
Venom quietly rolled her eyes and thought, It's time for Kino to start showing off his acting skills again.
"Well, I didn't mean to. It's just..." Barry began apologizing. Even though they had forced him to stay with them, he was the one lowering his head now.
Kino felt a twinge of guilt and thought to himself, It's a little embarrassing to bully the future Justice League's innocent newbie like this.
"It's fine. It's only human nature. I just saw that your abilities were impressive and wanted to talk with you."
Kino spoke with a sincere expression.
"My abilities came from a stormy night..." Barry believed that Kino meant no harm and revealed everything about his abilities without reservation.
Venom blinked and grumbled inwardly, This guy doesn't have a single guard up. He's even spilling all the weaknesses of his abilities like beans from a broken jar.
Kino chatted with him as well. They talked about their names, the directions in which they had developed their abilities, the state of their worlds, and the vehicles they liked. Barry was delighted too. It was the first time someone had been able to keep up with his rhythm, and he completely let down his guard.

"Speaking of which, what exactly are your abilities?"
Barry asked with a face full of curiosity, his gaze shifting back and forth between Kino and Venom beside him.

However, only a moment later, his attention was completely captured by the armor gradually taking shape over Kino's body.
"Wow, that's so cool!"
Barry could not help praising it, his eyes fixed on the dazzling golden armor.
"But... wait. Does that mean your girlfriend isn't human? And that symbol on your chest..."
Kino smiled faintly and explained, "Venom isn't human. She's an extraterrestrial symbiote. As for my abilities, you should know from the symbol on my chest."
"She really is an alien. But to have an alien as your girlfriend..." Barry seemed conflicted by his friend's unusual taste.
Kino put an arm around Barry and gave him a mischievous grin.
"Venom can change into any body type.

"Oh."
Barry lowered his head in disappointment.
"Hahaha, don't worry, Barry. If I get the chance, I'll find one for you."
"Thanks, Brother Kino."
Venom quietly remained on Kino's body. Although she could exist independently now, as a symbiote, she was still most comfortable staying on Kino.
There was a familiar warmth there, a perfectly synchronized partnership, and an indescribable sense of belonging.
"Brother Kino, are you from the same hometown as Superman?" Barry asked curiously. The Kryptonian invasion had let the entire world know that Superman was not the only one of his kind.
"No, but I obtained my abilities from Superman."
Kino answered calmly.
"Then, Brother Kino, are you going to become the new Superman?"
Barry blinked his eyes expectantly.
"No. I'm not a hero, and I won't become Superman."
