High in the sky, Damian looked down below, wariness showing in her eyes.

"What's wrong, Damian?" Kino asked.

"These past few days, I sometimes feel like someone's watching me from behind." Having inherited Bruce's talent and undergone a year of brutal training, anyone who underestimated Damian would definitely pay a heavy price.

"That's Talia. She's been staying at Wayne Manor the whole time."

Kino also couldn't quite figure out what that woman was thinking. She claimed to love her child, yet she tried to seduce him right in front of her child. But if she didn't love her, then judging by her behavior today, she had been following them all along.

"Mom didn't abandon me."

Damian smiled.

"Godfather, where are we going next?"

Damian asked. After learning that neither of her parents had abandoned her, she had returned to her lively, spirited state from before.

"We're going to find Ra's al Ghul, your grandfather. He's my most important gain in this world."

Kino was thinking about how he needed Ra's al Ghul to start a company, train an armed force, and establish an organization.

"Godfather, can I become stronger?" Damian's eyes were filled with longing.

"You're still thinking about what happened before? Didn't Bruce explain it already?" Kino smiled helplessly.

Damian said, "He encountered a very powerful enemy. I want to help Father."

Looking at Damian's little expression, Kino couldn't help sighing inwardly. As expected, little girls were more considerate than boys. The male version of Damian had stabbed his old man in the back more than once.

"Of course. Setting everything else aside, surpassing your father won't be a problem. But first, you have to grow up happily. That's the only way you'll be able to help your father," Kino said with a smile.

"Mm. I'll exercise every day, drink milk, and study." Damian's childish voice rang out in the sky.

"What a good girl." Affection also showed in Kino's eyes.

When they flew to the snow mountain's former location, they saw countless members of the League of Assassins standing there, resembling a vast swarm of black ants.

Kino slowly descended from the sky. His golden cape whipped fiercely in the wind, while the armor on his body glittered with a cold gleam beneath the sunlight.

"Greetings, Master." Ra's al Ghul knelt on one knee, his voice loud and respectful. The assassins behind him also knelt in perfect unison.

"Greetings, Leader!" Their thunderous roar shook the heavens, sending the surrounding snow tumbling down.

Damian sat in the crook of Kino's arm, her eyes wide as she stared at the shocking scene before her.

Countless assassins knelt in orderly rows. The immense momentum made her little heart pound, and she stared with her mouth slightly open, her eyes filled with awe at the grand spectacle.

"Everyone, rise! Ra's al Ghul, how are things?" Kino's solemn voice snapped Damian out of her daze.

"All the League of Assassins' combat personnel are present. We also have enough supplies to sustain the League of Assassins for a hundred years. Only part of the commercial personnel and those currently undercover have been summoned; the rest remain in place."

Ra's al Ghul respectfully gave his report.

"Let's go!"

As Kino spoke, he opened a massive portal and walked through first. Behind him, Ra's al Ghul led the members of the League of Assassins and the supplies through like a surging tide.

Damian swayed in the crook of Kino's arm with each step he took.

Damian's vision went dark. When she could see again, a completely unfamiliar world filled with a strange atmosphere appeared before her.

Blazing flames, billowing black smoke, and bizarre terrain made her suck in a sharp breath.

"Godfather, where is this?" Damian's voice trembled.

"I forgot to tell you. My name is Kino, and my profession is the Professional Demon King of Hell."

Kino's voice sounded especially clear amid the chaos.

Just then, the volcano behind Kino suddenly erupted. Scalding lava surged into the sky like a fire dragon.

A Hell Demon King was never a good role to play in any world.

Damian's face first went pale with fright, but she quickly bit her lip, worked hard to regain her composure, and began curiously examining the surroundings.

"Damian, aren't you afraid? I'm a Demon King," Kino asked with interest.

"I was a little afraid at first, but you're my godfather." Damian's voice still trembled slightly, but her gaze was firm.

"...You really are smart." Kino froze for a moment before revealing a gratified smile and reaching out to ruffle Damian's hair.

The assassins behind him also panicked. Many of them wore fearful expressions and cried out in low voices.

However, under Ra's al Ghul's stern reprimands, they quickly regained their composure, though traces of alarm still lingered in their eyes.

Before long, a succession of black figures descended from the sky, bringing with them a fierce gale that sent dust billowing everywhere.

"Greetings, Young Master."

The arrivals were Yū, Hulk, and Abomination. They knelt on one knee, their voices booming like thunder.

"Greetings, Your Majesty."

The demons behind them shouted in unison. Some had sharp fangs, while others had enormous wings growing from their backs. They looked ferocious and terrifying.

"Yū, this is Ra's al Ghul. He'll be the commander of the Assassins Division from now on and will be responsible for some matters in the human world. He was a leader for seven hundred years, so you can learn from him," Kino introduced.

"Ra's al Ghul, this is Yū, the commander of the demons. You can ask her about the demons' abilities later. You can also make contracts with them to obtain their abilities," Kino continued.

"Yes," the two replied in unison.

Kino then turned to Hulk and Abomination. The two had just finished fighting, and their bodies were covered in dust.

"You two have been living pretty comfortably lately," Kino said with a half-smile.

"Heh-heh. Hulk like this place." Hulk wore a simple-minded grin, his wide mouth revealing a row of large white teeth.

"Young Master, is this your daughter?" Abomination noticed the little figure behind Kino.

Yū also secretly glanced over a few times. It wasn't appropriate to ask with serious business at hand, but now that Abomination had asked, she pricked up her ears and waited for the answer.

Under Abomination's gaze, Damian hid behind Kino, poking out her little head to study the two giants before her.

"No, she's my goddaughter." Kino patted Damian's little head.

Abomination knew how frightening he looked in his transformed state. He changed back into his human form, revealing a specially made combat uniform that was highly elastic.

He still had some sense of shame.

Blonsky pulled a black pendant from his pocket and handed it to Damian.

"This is Uncle Blonsky's gift."

Damian glanced at Kino. After he nodded, she reached out and accepted it.

"Thank you, Uncle Blonsky."

Hulk wanted to imitate him, but when he looked down at himself and saw that he was wearing nothing but a pair of large shorts, he scratched his head helplessly and stared at the nearby demon's pair of red wings.
