Just as she rushed into the passage, the sky curtain behind her instantly sealed shut, cutting off everything.
She was inside an oval cavity, advancing ever deeper.
There was no light, only the glow shining from her own body.
"Hey, Boss, are you still there?" she asked softly in her mind, a little frightened.
"Shut up and keep going forward!" Zhang Rongfang's voice swiftly replied.
His current state was rather strange.
In truth, his main body had not entered White Scale completely. He had merely sent a small portion inside—roughly one-fifth of his flesh and blood.
After all, one could not put all their eggs in one basket. He simply had not expected to succeed on the first attempt.
"We're just getting out like this? With no preparation at all?" After her excitement faded, White Scale suddenly felt at a loss.
