• Zhang Rongfang killed Hui Jue after Hui Jue traced him to the abandoned Rebel Sect site, then helped Kong Ding investigate the murder while concealing his own role.
• Zhang Rongfang tested himself against Zuo Han, learned about the Grandmaster’s Absolute Defense Circle, and used Enemy Anticipation to force him back.
• After Xue Ji was abducted and Citong fell into turmoil, Zhang Rongfang sent Lin Xiaochi to search for the missing Treasure Hunting Team and Yu Xiang Coral on Snow Kui Island.
• Zhang Rongfang rescued Zhou Xinlan, defeated Blood Sea, recovered the Yu Xiang Coral and Blood God Statue, and ordered the island’s enslaved people freed.

After defeating Kong Wu and surviving Cheng Hui’s infiltration, Zhang Rongfang was summoned to the Great Capital and appointed to a post in Ze Province. There, he rejected Jade Void Palace’s Daozi trials, took control of the Qingchuan Prefectural Office, and was exposed as Zhang Ying just as a plot against Yue Dewen neared its mark.

• Zhang Rongfang defeated Kong Wu underwater, then returned to Citong as Cheng Hui broke into Aloeswood Palace and stole decoy documents and pills.
• Zhang Rongfang stopped Zhang Zhenhai from bleeding to death, but killed Cheng Hui after learning about the Eastern Sect, Imperial Tutor Damir, and the Heavenly Maiden Tong Zhang.
• The Ling Emperor appointed Zhang Rongfang Magistrate of Candlelight Port in Ze Province, but Yue Dewen took away a dangerous Flying Spirit Feather Talisman before Zhang Rongfang accepted it.
• Traveling to Ze Province in disguise with Ding Zhong, Zhang Rongfang learned that Jade Void Palace planned to eliminate the weakened True One Sect and Western Sect, while Kong Ming and Prince Yan Xi pursued him.

Zhang Rongfang survived the suppression campaign, killed Shang Dingye, and developed the Blood Lotus through Chang Yuqing’s blood. As he set out to investigate whether Yue Dewen was alive, he resisted the Blood God’s call and was pursued by the Western Sect.

• Jin Yuyan explained the stages of Grandmaster strength, warned Zhang Rongfang about Great Grandmasters and the Gods and Buddhas, then offered him another chance to become Jade Void Palace’s Daozi.
• Zhang Rongfang joined Jade Void Palace’s forces as they massacred towns, then secretly saved Xiao Qingying and Zhang Xuan from Spirit Army soldiers in Mianqiu.
• After a Rebel Alliance operative killed Wuyouzi during a raid, Zhang Rongfang was ordered to execute prisoners and beheaded dozens, including a young boy.
• Zhang Rongfang arranged with Zuo Han to frame the Rebel Alliance for Shang Dingye’s death, then joined Zuo Han in killing Shang Dingye in Red Leaf Forest.
• Zhang Rongfang gathered blood from people with unusual constitutions, and Chang Yuqing’s blood raised his Blood Flesh Completion to ninety-five as a Blood Lotus split open on his back.

Zhang Rongfang returned to Wushan Prefecture as the Great Ling succession crisis and Rebel Alliance conflicts intensified. In Crimson Flame Gorge, he destroyed the Wish Bell, learned more about the danger of Worship God Warriors, and left to help his allies while the threat of the Wish Woman remained.

• Zhang Rongfang defeated Kong Chi and killed Hui Cheng before traveling with the Kong Family to Wushan Prefecture, where he reunited with Zhang Rongyu.
• Moon King revealed a face identical to Yue Dewen's, while Emperor Boer Zhijin died and the Five Kings began seeking support across the provinces.
• Zhang Rongfang fought off a plot to frame him as a Rebel Alliance collaborator, uncovered the Shang Family's role in revealing his whereabouts, and killed the conspirators.
• Zhang Rongfang investigated Crimson Flame Gorge, where the Wish Woman's illusions trapped his party and Xue Tong claimed to be the Yue Dewen who had killed Moon King.
• Following Xue Tong's instructions, Zhang Rongfang destroyed the Wish Bell, ending the mist and the apparent battle between the Blood God and the Wish Woman, but half of Qing Su's group had died.
• Xue Tong warned Zhang Rongfang that the Wish Woman had targeted him and explained that Worship God Warriors survived by transferring death to believers or followers.
• As unrest spread and the Rebel Alliance organized attacks, Zhang Rongfang agreed to escort Zhang Xuan, Xiao Qingying, and Zhang Xintai to New Hui City, then raised his life force and noticed the sphere in his mind had darkened.
