A biting, cold wind howled!

A faint light suddenly appeared on a Wizard Tower standing by the lake.

A cold wind whipped up snowflakes, which mysteriously vanished upon reaching the vicinity of the Wizard Tower. The snowflakes seemed to encounter an invisible barrier, gently settling to the ground. On the twelfth floor of the Wizard Tower, a Portal crafted from numerous gemstones and arcane materials appeared, followed by the figures of Goria carrying Vivian. Wizards Council set the location for long-distance teleportation in the safest place, most likely the Wizard Tower they controlled.

The heavy Steel Golem strode in, bowed its head before Goria, and said, "My esteemed master, is there anything I can do for you?"

Its sound is like the friction of metal, and it uses fragments of its soul as an imprint, which gives it a certain degree of intelligence.

This is a higher-level Golem, capable of executing some simple commands.

Goria glanced at it expressionlessly. A prepared Wizard was no match for her; even against hundreds of hunters, her true power wouldn't be utterly useless. However, much of her power was contained within the Wizard Tower Wizard Tower, which housed twelve level 15 Steel Golem and thirty-six level 10 Clay Golem and Stone Golem. Certain powerful Spell devices simply couldn't be shrunk down to be carried on her person.

Aside from commonly used staves and scrolls, high-level Wizard will at most carry some protective gear.

Without the protection of the Golem Legion, even high-ranking Wizard would not have enough time to cast spells; Spell Energy Shield alone would not be enough to hold off large groups of enemies.

Goria gently placed Vivian beside the bed. She raised her hand and lightly stroked the little girl's pale face, her expression seemingly somewhat uneasy.

Vivian seems unable to withstand such immense divine Divine Power!

The power of Godsbane is awakened and cultivated step by step. Vivian had only recently advanced to the next level, yet she absorbed such a vast amount of Divine Power. The outcome was unpredictable. The Divine Power in the Elf Ranger had clearly transferred to her. The combined power of the two Godsbane was at least Legendary Tier, something an eight-year-old girl might not be able to achieve. Even the strongest bloodlines need time to fuse. The Dragonkind bloodline is considered top-tier in the Plane. However, Wyrmling are extremely fragile creatures.

Vivian is now like a Wyrmling. When she was still a child, the power of an Adult Dragon or even Elder Dragon was injected into her body!

If she can't control this power, the end result will be either madness or death!

A Spell Aura appeared at Goria's fingertips, confirming that Vivian was only temporarily unconscious and not in any Hit Points- threatening danger, before she headed towards the top of the Wizard Tower.

She's going to perform a divination ritual!

In the biting cold wind, Goria reached the very top of the Wizard Tower. There stood an ancient Astrology Platform.

This tower had been passed down among the Northern Witch for many years, and she was its new master. The Wizard of the Northern Witch possessed a talent for Prophecy Spell; many were not specialized in Prophecy, but they had an ancient lineage in the art. Goria removed her veil, revealing a stunningly beautiful face, her Wizard robes fluttering in the cold wind. The North was always bitterly cold. She knelt before the Astrology Platform, taking out a set of exquisite cards from her sleeve, each adorned with mysterious Rune.

Divination comes at a price.

Witch who frequently use divination or Divination tend to have shorter lifespans than other Witch, because even Witch rarely offer divination services voluntarily.

Although she knew the chances were slim.

But did Goria or Lun survive?

She hoped he would survive.

Neither divination nor Divination is as accurate as one might imagine; to obtain sufficiently accurate divination, one must pay a corresponding price.

The most common cost is lifespan!

Goria slowly closed her eyes, her fingers shuffling the Rune at an astonishing speed. Runes glowed faintly, and when she finally opened her palm, all the cards floated on the Astrology Platform, emitting a shimmering Spell Aura. She still didn't open her eyes, but simply reached out and drew one card from the deck, then a second, and finally a third.

The other cards landed, and she covered the three cards in the very center of the Astrology Platform.

Goria gently opened her eyes. Her expression seemed hesitant and conflicted, but she finally slowly flipped over the card. She was somewhat worried that she Prophecy something bad.

The first card was revealed, and it depicted a hideous imp, Lemure from Hell.

Goria's face paled slightly, for this might mean that Soren was dead, his soul sent to Hell and transformed into a Lemure.

Of course, it could also represent other meanings.

Because the Northern Witch's divination only reveals the final answer after looking at all the cards!

The second card was revealed, depicting a colossal tree that almost blotted out the sky. This was the legendary Tree of Life, the sacred tree worshipped and inhabited by the Elven Race.

A sliver of color returned to Goria's face, and her expression seemed to show some surprise.

She eagerly flipped over the third card, but this card silenced her, for it was a giant ghost.

The cards that appear least frequently in the Northern Witch's divination.

The lesser demon was inscribed with the lowest of the Lemure, while the greater demon was inscribed with Plane handsome Devil with dark skin and hair, his pupils gleaming with the blood of Hell, and a pair of dark red horns on his head. This Devil was dressed in magnificent clothes, mainly red and black, with intricate patterns. He held a Ruby scepter in his hand, standing before the Throne, looking down on everything with a superior gaze, as if he were watching over the beings in this so-called Plane.

This is a big ghost.

Asmodeus, the legendary Lord of the Nine Hells!

An ancient Archfiend, the most powerful in history, has existed for countless years and may continue to exist for countless years to come.

This is a card that represents many meanings, but its appearance is definitely not simple. Anyone who has encountered the Great Ghost in a divination will have an extraordinary life. The Little Ghost is one of the more common cards, but the Great Ghost has appeared very rarely in the divinations of the Northern Witch.

The last card was actually a giant demon representing the Lord of Hell!

This surprised her even more than the first card being a large ghost. For a moment, even Goria couldn't be sure of Soren's fate, because the Destiny of someone who could have a high-ranking Northern Witch draw both a large and a small ghost in a divination ritual was difficult to predict with Prophecy Spell.

This means that even Legendary Divination cannot determine Soren's fate!

Goria stood up with a complicated expression. Suddenly, she stumbled and almost fell on the Astrology Platform. A deep sense of powerlessness enveloped her. In a daze, the scenery around her completely disappeared. She seemed to see endless Illusion and countless burning blood and fire. When she looked up, she saw the phantom of a sheep's skull, with eerie flames burning in its pupils.

The hallucination lasted only a short time.

When she recovered from the backlash of the divination Spell, she was already standing on the very edge of the Wizard Tower. If she took one more step, she would fall from the Wizard Tower, which was hundreds of meters high.

The biting wind was still howling.

Her Wizard's robes were soaked through, and a chill seemed to emanate from her entire body. A Sisi of blood seeped from the corner of her mouth. When she turned to look at the location of the Astrology Platform, the card representing the Great Demon had already burned and turned to ashes in the eerie flames. The other two cards remained intact, while the last one vanished in the cold wind.

"The Will of Hell?!"

Goria suddenly trembled all over and murmured, "Could it be that the Great Demon doesn't represent anything else? Or does it truly point to the Lord of the Nine Hells?"

It was as if it sensed something!

Goria suddenly reached out and ran her hand through her long hair, noticing that a few silver strands had appeared in her hair!
