ET-1!
In a dark corner.
Just as he was out of the Paladin ' sight, Soren staggered, a Sisi of blood spilling from the corner of his mouth.
His injuries were actually quite serious!
Even with the power of the Holy Avenger, a lone God of Vampires would inevitably suffer serious injuries. He could suppress his injuries during the battle, but now that it was over, there was no need for him to continue. Regardless of the Paladin ' character or whether they owed Soren a favor, one thing remained unchanged: Soren belonged to the Evil Alignment. Therefore, Soren had to put on a brave face in front of the Paladin, and incidentally, he also put on a show of humbly helping the young man he met in the City of Wealth.
The current Holy Avenger are merely the radical faction among the Paladin; a certain transformation is not yet complete, and there are still many stubborn Conservative Faction among them. Only when the Time of Troubles unleashes and the land is ravaged will the Holy Avenger completely abandon some dogmas and regard Order as a belief that transcends good and evil.
The damage caused by chaos is too terrible!
Now.
Soren just wanted to find a place to sit down and rest, and maybe drink a few bottles of Healing Potion to quench his thirst.
"Keep it up!"
Soren moved forward slowly, panting. The wound on his chest hadn't healed yet, making it slightly difficult for him to breathe. Soren walked towards the location of the Psion's hiding place, muttering to himself, "To help you get the Holy Avenger, I've really risked my life to put on a show this time! I hope you won't disappoint me!"
Everything that just happened was paving the way for him; otherwise, a young man who had just joined the Holy Avenger wouldn't be qualified to come into contact with the Artifact.
A short rest.
After recovering 80% of his injuries, Soren led the unconscious Psion away from the Underdark.
He is preparing to return to the Overseas Islands.
This Travel was incredibly fruitful. Not only did he obtain what he desired, but he also defeated the Vampire God Child. Furthermore, Soren has now truly entered the realm of Deity, although some things are still missing. Currently, his greatest need is to familiarize himself with this power. There are many aspects of the Deity realm that he still needs to explore on his own; otherwise, the improvement he gains will be quite limited. Even the Spider Queen, after defeating a certain Deity (the God of Oozes), spent many years fully integrating with it. Soren doesn't believe he is stronger than the Spider Queen.
Soren gained a lot from this battle!
He now had a clearer understanding of just how powerful the Avatar, Avatar of Deity, truly was.
The Vampire God Child possessed only [Quasi-Divinity], and had been a god for less than a year. Defeating him had already forced Soren to use all his trump cards, and without the power of the Holy Avenger, there was simply no way to win.
[Quasi-Divinity], [Lesser Divinity], [Medium Divinity], [Greater Divinity].
With a rough calculation, Soren was able to determine just how powerful the other descending Avatar would be!
He still has a lot to learn and accumulate.
He even had a simple calculation in his mind that predicted the power of Deity at various levels.
Deity [Faint Divinity] + [Faint Divine Rank] = [Quasi-Divinity].
Without taking into account its other abilities, as well as the power derived from its Portfolio, followers, and domain, we can assume that the base power of a [Quasi-Divinity] Deity is 1.
The value for Faint Divinity is 10 points, and the value for Moderate Divinity is 30 points.
If nothing unexpected happens, the value for Faint Divine Rank is 10 points, while the value for a weak Divine Rank should be 30 points.
A threefold difference in Divine Power.
A three-fold difference in Divine Rank power.
This ultimately leads to a Divine Power difference of more than three times. If we make a conservative estimate, the combat power of Lesser Deity may be more than six times that of Quasi-Deity!
This is only the difference brought about by Divinity, Divine Rank, and Divine Power.
Further calculations become impossible, as even the most basic elements show a difference of more than three times. The combined combat power is simply not even in the same league.
Just how terrifying is this [Greater Divinity]?
Soren's final calculations were a bit alarming, so after thinking about it, he decided to postpone considering them for now.
No wonder it took the Spider Queen so many years to advance from [Medium Divinity] to [Greater Divinity]. Soren calculated his final deduced values and realized that it was no wonder that Deity with [Greater Divinity] were qualified to establish their own Pantheon. Judging from the final deduced values, Deity with [Greater Divinity] could easily create a batch of Subordinate Deity for their own Pantheon.
No wonder the Lord of Radiance stripped himself of his Portfolio and created several Subordinate Deity with Lesser Divinity, yet he himself remained Deity of [Greater Divinity].
Overseas Islands. Port Nyanzaru.
To the side of the Council Hall is a restricted area, where no one is allowed to approach under normal circumstances.
Even pirate captains under Soren's command must report in advance before they can approach this place and pass the Steel Golem's inspection.
This is Goria's Laboratory.
It holds many secrets. But the most important secret is everything about the Shadow Plane.
"It's a success!"
Goria, standing before the Alchemy table, suddenly rose with immense excitement. In her pale hand lay a piece of metal emitting a strange, silvery-white glow, with a rhombus-shaped purple gem at its center, faintly radiating magical energy. Goria adjusted her Wizard's robes, turned, and went to an open area. Addressing a distinctly different Clay Golem beside her, she declared, "ET One! Begin the fifth test of the Gith Silver Sword Experimental Model III!..."
"Prepare to record all test statuses!... Store relevant data in the Soul Crystal!...
The Clay Golem beside it nodded, a peculiar Spell Aura appearing in its eyes, which looked like some kind of modified detection Spell.
This Clay Golem looks quite unusual.
Because it appears somewhat slender and lacks any combat-related devices, its appearance is closer to that of a human. In terms of Sub-Deity and other aspects, it seems to possess a higher level of intelligence. There is something familiar about it—a faint, almost imperceptible, fluctuation of soul energy. It seems that only one type of being within the Puppet Golem possesses such fluctuations.
That's the [Tower Spirit]!
This Clay Golem a test subject for Goria; it was the original form of the Tower Spirit that she created using precious Soul Crystal.
A research-grade intelligent Golem with CR of only around 5.
Its combat power is probably not even comparable to that of an ordinary pirate, but it possesses a number of Spell-like Ability, most of which are modified detection Spell.
In terms of potential, ET-1 has more growth potential than all the other Puppet Golem!
"Start recording!"
Et1 turned its gem-like eyes and cast a Spell Aura onto the Silver-White Metal sphere in Goria's palm.
Goria nodded slightly, her expression serious as she gripped the gem on the Silver-White Metal sphere in her palm, and slowly said, "Elemental Energy conversion test!... Replacement of Psionics energy to transform into the Gith Silver Sword form!..."
"Test begins!..."
A faint Spell Aura appeared, and the Silver-White Metal ball in Goria's palm suddenly began to change, transforming in the blink of an eye into the shape of a Vorpal Sword.
The spot where the gemstone was set became the hilt of the sword, with a silver-white blade that flowed with a strange, shimmering light in front of it.
"First form switch complete!"
"Conversion rate 100%!... Form conversion interval 0.1 seconds!... No energy barrier or repulsion phenomenon!..."
A strange light appeared in the eyes of et1, as if it were recording something into its own Soul Crystal.
A slight smile appeared on Goria's lips as she slowly said, "Continue the Tier 2 of testing!... Simultaneously record the energy changes of the experimental model!..."
The silver-white two-handed sword, emitting a strange flowing light, quickly transformed back into a metal sphere.
Then, under Goria's control, it transformed into a one-handed sword, a Scimitar, a shield, a Blade Barrier, and a silver-white spear.
"Test complete!"
"The first form transition was completely successful!... The conversion rate is 100%... The form transition interval is 0.1 seconds!... There is no energy blocking or repulsion phenomenon!..."
et1 continues to record the success of the tests.
Upon hearing Goria breathed a sigh of relief, turned around, and slowly said, "Proceed to the Tier 2 of the test!"
"Begin testing the second-form transformation!..."
It also started as a silver-white metal sphere. In Goria's palm, it initially transformed into a one-handed sword. However, instead of returning to its silver-white metal sphere form, it directly transformed into Scimitar.
Just then!
Strange energy fluctuations appeared, and bizarre silver-white light distorted, as if some kind of interference had occurred.
"Alarm! Alarm!"
"An unknown energy repulsion phenomenon has occurred!... Severe Elemental Energy interference!... Second form switching failed!..."
"The Gith Silver Sword shows signs of damage! Should we interrupt the experiment?..."
Goria sighed softly, "It failed again!... The test has been interrupted!... The research on the second form transformation must be restarted!..."
"Where exactly did things go wrong?"
Why is there no problem switching between the first and second forms, but the conversion to the second form always fails?
"Is it because there's no Psionics to control it?"
Goria fell into deep thought. The weapon in her palm had transformed back into a silver-white metal sphere. She murmured to herself, "The research has hit a bottleneck here. If we can't even crack the metal form transformation, it's impossible to proceed with the next step of the Magical Energy- powered construct research, right? I wonder if Mother has made any new progress..."
Bang!
Just then, the Laboratory door was suddenly kicked open. Distracted, Goria frowned, and then saw the petite Lulumiao rush in, slightly out of breath and stammering, "No!... Something's wrong!..."
"Vivian suddenly fainted!..." (To be continued~^~)
