  • Veteran Players greeted Ding Ling enthusiastically and urged him to found a sect, teach martial arts, or find a partner in the Real World.
  • Cao Mengde envied Ding Ling’s popularity and resolved to train hard and ascend to the pinnacle of Martial Dao in pursuit of eternal life.

Ch. 766Divine Physique

Ding Ling discovered that Cao Chong had the Solar God Physique, whose dormant Sun True Fire threatened his life, and accepted him as a disciple so he could learn to control it. After Ding Ling left with Cao Chong and the physicians, Cao Mengde told his children that he hoped to pursue cultivation and eternal life.

Meanwhile, Ding Ling traveled with Hua Tuo, Zhang Zhongjing, and Cao Chong, planning to create a Solar True Skill to treat the boy and promising the physicians a Medical Canon; he remained focused on leading Diao Chan and the others toward immortality.

Ding Ling pursued Zuo Ci, who had taken the form of a Crow and flown toward the Sky Ladder. Ding Ling struck down Zuo Ci’s avatar but let it fall, recognizing that it contained only a fragment of Zuo Ci’s soul.

  • Ding Ling trained with the Wang Residence’s cultivators and helped Cao Chong open his Eight Extraordinary Meridians and begin cultivating the Solar True Skill.

Ch. 769Sword Domain

Ding Ling trapped Zuo Ci’s Crow avatar near the Sky Ladder and discovered that the Sword Spirit could wield a new Martial Dao Sword Domain there. The avatar was left imprisoned, with Zuo Ci horrified that Ding Ling could enter its Sea of Consciousness and wondering if he had become a god.

  • Ding Ling stopped Zuo Ci’s Crow avatar after Zhao Yun wounded it near the Sky Ladder, and the Crow failed to escape.
  • Zuo Ci’s avatar asked Ding Ling to let it go and recalled how it had come to the Sky Ladder while seeking a chance to ascend.

Ch. 770Nine Cauldrons Dan Scripture at Max Level

After Crow died before Ding Ling could obtain the Heavenly Book of Dun Jia, Ding Ling mastered the recovered exorcism arts and opened a portal to the Three Kingdoms World’s Underworld. He entered as the Sword Spirit, where he began investigating the realm by extracting memories from a ghost.

  • The Sword Spirit destroyed Crow’s soul and extracted a small portion of his memories before Crow’s Sea of Consciousness exploded and killed him.
  • Ding Ling mastered House Mediator Art, Exorcism Art, Ghost Subduing Art, and Nine Cauldrons Dan Scripture, then used the recovered method to open a portal to the Underworld.

Ch. 771Underworld

Ding Ling entered the Underworld and encountered several people he had known in life, who mocked him and sought revenge. He swiftly killed Lei Bo, Chen Lan, and Liang Gang, leaving Yuan Yin and Yuan Yao shocked by his strength.

  • Ding Ling rode his sword light to a military camp in the Underworld and recognized Lei Bo, Ji Ling, Chen Lan, Yuan Yao, Yuan Yin, Le Jiu, and Liang Gang.
  • Lei Bo and Yuan Yao taunted Ding Ling and demanded revenge for their deaths, while Yuan Yin threatened to dismember him.
  • Lei Bo attacked Ding Ling with a huge hammer, but Ding Ling shattered it with the Law Breaking Sword Art.
  • Chen Lan and Liang Gang joined the attack, but Ding Ling destroyed their blade qi and weapons with invisible sword qi.

Ch. 772Meditation Technique Maxed Out

Ding Ling killed Ji Ling, Yuan Yao, Yuan Yin, and the other Ghost Generals, then absorbed their knowledge and mastered several Underworld techniques. He fought through the military camp and intercepted Yan Liang, Wen Chou, Yuan Shu, and Yuan Shao as they fled.

  • Ji Ling charged Ding Ling to protect Yuan Yao, but Ding Ling killed Ji Ling, Yuan Yao, Yuan Yin, and the others with a burst of Sword Qi.

Ch. 773Yan Liang and Wen Chou

Ding Ling stormed Yuan Shao and Yuan Shu’s Underworld camp, defeated them and their generals, and absorbed some of their memories and techniques. He learned that Dong Zhuo ruled the Western Region and Zhang Jiao the Northern Region, then wondered where the dead heroes of earlier eras had gone.

  • Yan Liang and Wen Chou recognized Ding Ling as he slaughtered Chunyu Qiong and rushed to warn Yuan Shao and Yuan Shu.
  • Yuan Shao and Yuan Shu dismissed the danger until Ding Ling appeared before them.
  • Ding Ling struck Yan Liang, Wen Chou, Yuan Shu, and Yuan Shao with sword qi, blasting their souls apart.
  • Ding Ling gathered the four men’s streams of consciousness, learned several techniques, and integrated them into the Martial Dao True Understanding.

Ch. 774Dong Zhuo's Military Camp

Ding Ling searched the Underworld for answers about its undead and secret techniques, then traveled to Dong Zhuo's military camp. There, he killed Hu Zhen and Hao Meng, learned their techniques, and annihilated the generals who attacked him.

  • Ding Ling wondered why many historical figures were absent from the Underworld and why he had received no secret techniques, then set out for Dong Zhuo's camp.
  • Ding Ling traveled across the desolate Underworld, noticed soul-nourishing plants, and decided to harvest them on his return.
  • Ding Ling killed the sleeping Hu Zhen and absorbed part of his memories, learning the Formation-Breaking Spear Technique and familiar meditation and qi-refining techniques.

Ch. 775Three-Meter-Tall Dong Zhuo

Ding Ling destroyed Dong Zhuo’s forces and defeated him, then questioned him about the Underworld. Dong Zhuo revealed that Liu Hong and his people had vanished suddenly, but he did not know where Underworld cultivation techniques came from.

  • Ding Ling used the Law Breaking Sword to annihilate Song Xian, Wei Xu, Guo Si, and their soldiers, then absorbed their memories and secret techniques.
  • Ding Ling entered the military camp, killed Li Jue and the others, and confronted Dong Zhuo, who was shocked that a new ghost could defeat his forces.
  • Dong Zhuo attacked Ding Ling but could not move his finger, so he fled; Ding Ling caught him with Ground Shrinking Step and struck him down.
  • Ding Ling asked Dong Zhuo about the Underworld, and Dong Zhuo said Liu Hong and his people had disappeared overnight five years earlier.

Ch. 776Yellow Turban Army

Ding Ling killed Dong Zhuo, gained the maxed-out Advanced Meditation Technique, and traveled to the Northern Region to learn why Zhang Jiao remained while Liu Hong had vanished. At Zhang Jiao’s Yellow Turban camp, He Yi recognized Ding Ling and attacked him for killing him in the past.

  • Ding Ling killed Dong Zhuo and stripped part of his consciousness, obtaining the Advanced Meditation Technique and useful memories.
  • Ding Ling used the maxed-out technique to sense the Underworld across more than a thousand li and traveled to the Northern Region.
  • Ding Ling asked a Yellow Turban soldier to report his arrival to the Great Teacher, but the soldier mocked and threatened him.
  • Commander He arrived, recognized Ding Ling, and ordered the Yellow Turban Army to surround him.
  • He Yi revealed that Ding Ling had killed him with a Shadow Arrow and charged at him, vowing to torture him before killing him.

Ch. 777Zhang Mancheng

Ding Ling slaughtered the Yellow Turban forces at their camp entrance, killing He Yi and Zhang Mancheng and strengthening his Ghost Sword by absorbing their Ghost Qi. As a cavalry force led by Zhang Liang arrived with several of Ding Ling’s old enemies, the battle was about to intensify.

  • He Yi attacked Ding Ling but was struck by an unseen force and fatally wounded, then identified Ding Ling as his attacker.
  • Zhang Mancheng ordered the Yellow Turban Army to seize Ding Ling, but Ding Ling’s Sword River killed Zhang Mancheng and scattered the soldiers.
  • Ding Ling’s Sword Domain began stripping Zhang Mancheng’s soul, while his Ghost Sword absorbed Ghost Qi and advanced to an ordinary mid-grade Ghost Blade.
  • Ding Ling continued killing Yellow Turban soldiers, and his Ghost Sword advanced again to an ordinary high-grade Ghost Blade.
  • A cavalry force of over ten thousand arrived under Zhang Liang, accompanied by He Man, Huang Shao, Liu Pi, and Ma Zhong.
  • Zhang Liang demanded to know whether Ding Ling had killed Zhang Mancheng, as Yellow Turban soldiers gathered and charged toward him.

Ch. 778General of the People

Ding Ling overwhelmed Zhang Liang’s Yellow Turban forces with his Ghost Sword, which consumed the dead and advanced into a Divine Weapon. After identifying Ding Ling as the former guardian deity of the Great Wei Empire, Zhang Liang realized he could not defeat him and fled as Ding Ling’s Sword River swept through the battlefield.

  • A Yellow Turban soldier identified Ding Ling as the one who had killed their commanders, and Zhang Liang ordered the army to attack and seize his supposed divine artifact.
  • Ding Ling’s Sword River shattered He Man and the charging Ghost Generals, while Ma Zhong’s arrows broke against Ding Ling’s protection.
  • Ding Ling slew Huang Shao, Liu Pi, and the other attackers, absorbing their techniques and Ghost Qi as his Ghost Sword advanced into a Divine Weapon called the Ghost Blade.
  • Ding Ling confirmed his identity to Zhang Liang, who recognized him as the Great Wei Empire’s guardian deity and the One-Worded Equal Rank King.

Ch. 779Wind Summoning Art at Full Mastery

Ding Ling killed Ma Zhong and Zhang Liang while sweeping through the Yellow Turban Army, absorbing their knowledge and mastering powerful arts. After learning Zhang Liang’s Wind Summoning Art, he continued forward, using it against the army.

  • Ding Ling absorbed Ghost Qi into the Ghost Sword, then stripped knowledge from the dead Ghost Generals and mastered their secret arts.

Ding Ling fought his way through the Yellow Turban Army and confronted Zhang Jiao, asking what he knew about the disappearance of historical figures and Emperor Ling Liu Hong. After Zhang Jiao and Zhang Bao attacked him, Ding Ling defeated them and earned their Achievement Medals.

  • Ding Ling’s Wind Summoning Art clashed with Zhang Jiao’s, and Zhang Jiao identified himself as the leader of the Yellow Turban Army.
  • Ding Ling asked Zhang Jiao about the disappearances of Wang Mang, Liu Xiu, Bai Qi, and Emperor Ling Liu Hong, but Zhang Jiao refused to answer.
