• Lin Heng returned to the sect, received the Villain Life System, and reluctantly became Meng Yutong’s disciple despite trying to avoid the protagonists.

• Lin Heng rescued Yun Yao from the City Lord’s Mansion, but Ye Tian’s Sunfall Pill intensified her Spring Poison, and Lin Heng treated her after disguising himself.
• Lin Heng looted Golden Horse City’s granaries, escaped with valuable treasures, and began cultivating the Water Element Body while traveling to Swallow Cloud City.
• Lin Heng saved Zhao Wanqing from the Wang Envoy’s men, then sold his armor and met Sun Hao, whom he encouraged to blame Ye Tian for the missing armor.

After surviving the mountain formation and Ye Tian’s scheme, Lin Heng left the Mu Family with a stronger alliance, while Ye Tian’s plans were exposed and he agreed to return to the sect.

• Lin Heng won the Mountains and Rivers Map at auction, discovered it was an unknown-grade artifact, and found it lodged in his dantian.
• Lin Heng warned Mu Liuxi about Ye Tian’s schemes and helped her plan to protect the Mu Family and its Spirit Mine.
