There were quite a few Level-4 and Level-5 Magicians from Wizard Civilization participating in the research within this Central Ruins secret realm, but not many lower-ranking knights and magicians.
After all, this involved a Top-Level Civilization relic. Magicians of too low a level would be of little use even if they entered.
Most of the low-level magicians who entered this place usually served as assistants, while the knights were treated as "laborers" for building the various Laboratory Bases.
Wizard Civilization's sense of secrecy was quite strong. Slave Creatures and ordinary Alliance Plane creatures were simply not allowed to enter.
