Texas Star Region.
This was more or less deep within the Galente Federation's territory.
After the Civilization War ended, the Galente Federation not only paid Wizard Civilization an astronomical sum in war reparations.
It also ceded vast stretches of territory on the outskirts of its Home Starfield to Wizard Civilization.
Many of the planes and star regions ceded away were bestowed by the Wizard World upon its many meritorious Alliance Planes.
Because of its unique geographical location, the Texas Star Region remained under the Galente Federation's rule after the war.
However, as renowned as the Texas Star Region was for its abundance of heavy factories, this famous Federation star region was also currently home to the largest and most active population of clones.
As an important component of the Galente Federation during the Civilization War, the clone population had been granted extensive rights and support by Wizard Civilization during the middle and later stages of the war, in an effort to win over this Federation force.
The clones who had obtained corresponding "human rights" within the Galente Federation were probably the Federation faction that most fervently supported Wizard Civilization's rule.
For that very reason, many creatures of Wizard Civilization received an enthusiastic welcome from the Homeland Beings of this star region after arriving in the Texas Star Region.
There was not the slightest trace of the fierce battles both civilizations had fought here a thousand years ago.
Perhaps it was because of the influence of the clone race and the Texas Star Region's special location that Befu and the others had chosen to hold the Imperial Council of this Wizard Alliance Assembly here.
When Saine arrived in the Texas Star Region, what he saw was a star region brimming with vigorous development.
