Constitution Doubled
Irene definitely understood Saine's insights.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have remained silent for so long.
Of course, due to some experiences in their early years, Saine and Irene have quite different views on life and values.
Saine didn't want to instill his will into Irene. He cared about Irene and thought that it wouldn't necessarily be a good thing if Irene became like him.
So Saine softened his tone and spoke to Irene from a different angle.
"The theoretical lifespan of Level 1 Knight in the Wizard World is the same as that of us Mage, which is a thousand years."
"But most Level 1 Knight live to be seven or eight hundred years old before dying of old age. This is due to their passive evolution and excessive physical exertion, which damages their body cells and a part of their essence."
"You can think of this Body Tempering Experiment I'm currently conducting as a process similar to the advancement and improvement of Knight."
"Furthermore, once we reach the Level-2 Lifeform, the lifespan of humans in our Wizard World will be extended to three thousand years."
"The damage at this stage is nothing, and the mystery of Azure Fire Body Tempering seems to have something in common with the mystery of the Elemental Body mastered by Second-Level Magician," Saine said gently.
Saine's answer finally brought a smile back to Irene's previously somber expression.
Saine isn't really good at comforting people, but Irene likes this side of Saine; she can feel his concern for Saine.
"I didn't realize you had such high ambitions, Second-Level Magician?"
"Also, you know so much about Knight, is it because you come from the Knight Family?" Irene asked with a smile.
Saine slowly shook his head and said, "It's just that I've read a lot of books. All of these things are recorded in books."
"Oh? Which Magic Book? I'd like to take a look too," Irene asked.
So Saine told the other person a few book titles.
In terms of breadth of knowledge, Irene, Mage took longer to advance to the next level, may not actually have more than the diligent and hardworking Saine.
After the experiment, Saine went to test his physical fitness as usual.
The Crystal Ball transmitted a lot of information about Saine, including reports on his heart rate, cellular metabolism, and bodily damage.
Such "daring" Body Tempering Experiment cannot be done every day.
Even though Saine is Level-1 Magician, his body has its limits. He must follow the most scientific Body Tempering Plan to maximize the effect of the Body Tempering Experiment.
Leaving aside the more complex and detailed physical reports, Saine was more concerned about a few results.
Mental Strength: 02
Magic Power: 69
Physical condition: 88
Elemental Affinity: Fire, Light, Dark, Poison...
It has only been twenty years since Saine advanced to the first level, yet his Mental Strength and Magic Power have increased by such a rate, which is extremely fast even among Level-1 Magician.
This stems from the fact that Saine has just participated in a Plane War and has not let up since.
Whether it's the ongoing Body Tempering Experiment or regular Experimental Research, all aspects of Saine are in a state of rapid growth.
He was like a sponge, constantly absorbing knowledge.
At least for now, Saine has not yet reached a knowledge bottleneck; he is interested in everything and wants to study everything.
This personality trait makes Saine seem more extreme than the average Mage.
Perhaps that's why Saine sometimes has certain impulses or wants to vent.
No matter how busy Saine was with his experiments, he would have a close encounter with Irene and Serena every now and then.
Each time, Saine acted extremely fiercely. The two women were not strong to begin with, and as the results of Saine's body training gradually became apparent, they found it even more difficult to withstand Saine's beatings.
So much so that sometimes, after intense exercise, when Saine enters a state of ethereal tranquility, he is still not satisfied and a thought occasionally flashes through his mind—why not try finding a female Knight?
Saine's idea is, of course, just an idea and has not yet become a reality.
He's a very busy man, so busy with his experiments every day that he has no free time. Where would he find the energy to go out and find a female Knight?
The Grant Family has recently sent back several letters, seemingly saying that his "great-grandmother" has found him some good marriage partners and told him that if he has the opportunity, he can go and see the Knights' Hall in the Ok Empire.
Saine had no interest in replying to such letters.
However, he learned another thing from the letter from the Grant Family: his father, Old Grant (ps: his real name is Kelman Grant), had officially joined the Steel Wall Fist Knights' Hall.
The Steel Wall Fist Knights' Hall is the name of the Knights' Hall where Great-Grandfather Ulysses and others resided.
This Knights' Hall, with a history of tens of thousands of years, encompasses not only human kingdoms such as the Lisia Alliance, the Sifa Kingdom, and the Ok Empire, but also some human kingdoms further Northern Lands that are more prosperous than the Lisia Alliance.
The territory of the Azure Source Holy Tower has many intersections with the Steel Wall Fist Knights' Hall.
However, due to their different focuses, there was no significant conflict of interest between the two factions.
As a newly built Holy Tower, the Azure Source Holy Tower has not had much interaction with the Knights' Hall in the surrounding area.
Only the Regional Holy Tower Academy War has made the relationship between the Azure Source Holy Tower and several surrounding Holy Tower organizations closer, including the fact that the Tower Master Luluman, also has good personal relationships with other Holy Tower Master.
It's a good thing that my father, Kellman, joined the Steel Wall Fist Knights' Hall, and with the help of my great-grandfather, Ulysses, and others, establishing himself within the Knights' Hall shouldn't be a problem.
Perhaps because he was reminded of his father, Saine immediately focused his attention on the physical condition section recorded in the Crystal Ball.
When Saine was promoted to the next level, his physique was only around 30 points.
His physical condition has now surged to over sixty points, more than doubling, which is enough to prove the success of his Azure Fire Body Tempering Experiment.
And this is not the end, but only the beginning.
Saine felt that there was still room for improvement in his Body Tempering Experiment.
Just imagine how powerful the physique of my second master, Gagaru, was, comparable to that of knights of the same level, which is enough to prove the mystery of the discipline of tempering the body with Azure Flame.
At this point, he roughly estimated that Saine's physique was probably comparable to that of Advanced Knight Servant. As for how much he was still lacking, further research was needed, preferably with live subjects.
Based on experimental inferences, once Saine's physique reaches over 100 points in the future, Saine might be able to reach a level comparable to Level 1 Knight in terms of physique alone.
Of course, physical constitution is not the same as strength; Saine couldn't possibly carry a Magic Staff and go into hand-to-hand combat with someone.
Even his senior master, Gagaru, fought with a powerful Elemental Body, rather than simply using physical attacks.
At his core, Saine is still a traditional elemental Mage.
It's just that after body tempering, Saine's path as a mage will be wider and farther.
