After completing the God Crystal deployment operation, Saine vouched for Kuchi and helped him rise to the rank of marshal in the Galente Federation.
Not only that, Saine personally intervened in the modification and enhancement of the Thunder Fighter Kuchi piloted.
Having successfully carried out the God Crystal deployment operation, Kuchi's Thunder Fighter already possessed baseline combat power comparable to a Level-6 Peak lifeform.
During the subsequent modification and enhancement process, Saine incorporated a great number of Dominator-class warship components from the Zeus Skelton Empire. He also used the Magic Cube to awaken the Thunder Fighter's intelligence, granting it the ability to transform.
At critical moments, the Thunder Fighter could even transform like Decepticons and other Intelligent Robots, taking the form of an Intelligent Robot Dominator and fighting upon the Civilization Battlefield.
The Thunder Fighter's evolution into a Dominator-class machine was merely one reward Saine gave Kuchi for his outstanding accomplishment.
Nor was the Thunder Fighter the only subject of Saine's recent Truth experiments. They also included the Resurrection Experiment for Optimus Prime, as well as the reconstruction of the Danger Wanderer and its pilot.
This was not the first time Optimus Prime had died in battle, nor was it the first time Saine had revived it.
As one of the important Intelligent Robot leaders under Saine's command, as well as a key participant in the God of Machines' Fusion Arcana, Optimus Prime was among the Mechanical Dominators most deeply bound to Sky Net and the Magic Cube.
