The Level-9 Being Mani Goddess was someone who had already left the Material Star Realm.
Like the Mani Goddess, the First Generation Level-9 Knight of Wizard Civilization, Locke, had also departed this Dimensional Time-Space.
Lilith had naturally left the Material Star Realm as well, but the time of her departure did not quite match the time when the Mani God System Civilization had first shown goodwill toward Wizard Civilization.
Looking at it this way, if it truly was the Mani Goddess who had bestowed a Divine Decree upon the Mani God System Civilization, could it be that she had encountered the God of Destruction, Locke, in a higher dimension, and thus made such a decision?
Moreover, the deeper Saine's understanding of the Star Realm became, the more thoroughly he grasped the Astral Realm Rules. He could not help but feel awe and admiration for the incredible methods possessed by those Level-9 Beings who had appeared throughout history.
At the very least, Saine currently possessed no means of communicating with beings in higher-dimensional time-space.
The Darkness God, Demon Fall Supreme, Undying Supreme, Secluded Bamboo Supreme, Gray Mist Level-9, and the two Level-9 Beings of the Decayed Civilization had all ascended and departed. Saine truly had no idea what circumstances they were now in.
Forget those Level-9 Beings—even the God of Machines, who was intimately connected to Saine, could only be faintly sensed after ascending and leaving the Material Star Realm. Saine could detect a trace of the God of Machines' life fluctuations, as well as its approximate current location.
But as for communicating across dimensions with the God of Machines and learning of its present circumstances... Saine still had no research leads whatsoever.
