After the Feathered Serpent and the Mutated One appeared, the others quickly realized that new enemies had arrived and were about to join the battle.

Soon, the figures of the Mutated One and the Feathered Serpent emerged from the pitch-black sky.

The latter was still as massive and terrifying as when Linsey had fished it out. Its fearsome form was savage beyond measure, and as its serpent eyes swept the area, its mere presence was enough to pin ordinary people in place.

The Mutated One, on the other hand, had reined in his power.

He stayed close beside the Feathered Serpent as they arrived together, but aside from the passive aura of source material emanating from him, he displayed no other power.

"A flying... snake?"

"It looks like a magical beast. Is it a creature transformed from a human? Or did it learn and master a skill on its own?"

"The one beside it is hiding his strength. I can't make him out either."

Discussion broke out before Linsey and Arona.

Ye Haiya's subordinates had no ability to discern the true nature of the Feathered Serpent and the Mutated One.

After all, aside from people like Linsey, who had gone through adventures and uncovered their histories and origins, these terrifying beings were things hidden within the mists of history.

Rather than marveling further at their origins and danger, Arona instead "looked" at Linsey and spoke with a note of admiration.
