Most importantly, this effect could not be replicated after removing it from his personal storage box or the Horadric Cube. Unless he handed over his personal storage box, there was no way to share this method of unlimited use.

"Wizard Abel, you're the one involved. Whether to launch a massacre against the Ice Wind Faction is up to you!" High-level Wizard Hogg turned to Abel and said.

"Since Wizard Lucien has said so, then let's end the Wizard War!" Abel bowed and said.

It was not that he did not want revenge. Rather, if a great battle broke out now, it might well lead to the deaths of high-level wizards from the Lightning Faction. Only ten high-level wizards from the Lightning Faction had come, while Frost City had more than a hundred high-level wizards.
