A Black House press conference was underway, with President Jesmin answering reporters' questions about the Mediterranean incident.

"Regarding the Florida nuclear submarine's malicious attack by the Jieko Group in the Mediterranean, our naval soldiers fought bravely but were unfortunately outnumbered. To prevent the deterioration of international relations, the Florida nuclear submarine ultimately chose to cease fire and surface."

Jesmin spoke expressionlessly. He was already putting a flattering gloss on the matter.

A reporter stood up. He was a reporter from Beautiful Country itself, and his words struck President Jesmin directly in the face.

That would have been highly unusual in other countries, but such reporters were common in Beautiful Country. Otherwise, Beautiful Country presidents in the past would not have constantly accused certain media outlets of spreading "fake news."

The corner of Jesmin's eye twitched slightly. He immediately recognized the reporter as belonging to a Republican Party media outlet and said through suppressed anger, "That is slander.
