Mars was the fourth planet in the Solar System. Its diameter was roughly half that of Blue Star, and its rotation period was similar to Blue Star's.
Standing high above Mars, Su Jie looked out over the planet. Its surface was covered with impact craters, canyons, sand dunes, and gravel. The entire planet was orange-red because its surface was blanketed in large quantities of hematite. Thus, Mars was also known as the Red Planet.
Because Mars was similar to Blue Star, and because he
