For this expedition to the Pandaria Continent, both the Alliance and Horde had brought along experimental weapons of mass destruction, taking this excellent opportunity to test them in actual combat and compare their data and theories against reality.
The Alliance's weapon was a humanoid Mechanical Construct. Two thick mechanical legs supported its broad steel body, whose surface was covered in gun muzzles of every caliber. Two long, large-caliber cannon barrels also stood behind its body. Whenever needed, they swiftly extended from either side of its shoulders and saturated the enemy ahead with firepower.
These massive cannons had been inspired by the Night Empire's Iron Gorons. The Night Elves' 320-caliber messengers of justice and truth had utterly delighted the Human brothers, avid lovers of large-caliber weaponry. The Iron Gorons had only one such main cannon on their backs, while the humans' steel constructs mounted two.
Its two mechanical arms had been made directly into large-caliber main cannons, with countless secondary guns installed along the arms as the war machine's standard combat weapons.
This was Gnomeregan's latest masterpiece. Goblin technology was advancing, but the gnomes were equally unwilling to fall behind, constantly producing all manner of new weapons for the Alliance.
This war machine, personally piloted and tested by a senior gnome engineer, was named the Lei Shen prototype. Powered by Azerite Ore, it was a type of Azerite War Machine.
Humans were a race exceptionally adept at adapting and accepting new things. One only had to look at how they had accepted Black Dragon Princess Onyxia to see it.
