Josh frowned as he looked at the few pistol bullets floating before him. Josh had never considered himself a patient man, especially when someone took the initiative to attack him. However, he felt there seemed to be another reason behind this.

The officer's expression turned exceptionally ugly as well. He had always known that his unit might contain certain other elements. That was not difficult to understand—hadn't even the United States' tightly guarded "superhuman" program been turned into something impossible to replicate?

"I understand English. I swear, I absolutely did not give that order!"

The officer immediately drew his pistol and put a bullet through the head of the man who had fired without authorization, then began explaining frantically without a care for anything else.
