The super-gene soldiers turned against humanity, something many had never expected.

As a result, every nation suffered devastating losses. Large numbers of scientific experts were killed, and even national leaders were targeted in assassinations.

From that point on, all genetic experiments involving implanted Xenomorph bloodline genes were halted, and every super-gene soldier was hunted down. Though they had been altered from humans, the risks they posed were simply too great.

Whenever super-gene soldiers encountered high-level Aliens, the Xenomorph bloodline genes within them would be affected, completely taking over their brains. The Xenomorph bloodline would assume control, leaving them unable to resist the commands of high-level Aliens.

Thus, every nation could only issue the painful order to eliminate the super-gene soldiers.

It was not what they wanted, but keeping the super-gene soldiers alive was an enormous hidden danger.

However, the super-gene soldiers had not all been wiped out. Some survivors went into hiding and secretly established the Alien Organization. Most of these aliens were filled with hatred toward the nations, and they began seeking revenge.

The Alien Organization thus became a terrorist organization bent on overthrowing humanity.

Over time, the Alien Organization and humanity had become two utterly opposing forces. The Alien Organization had even begun cooperating with Otherworldly Creatures, helping them descend upon this world in exchange for having the bloodline dangers within their bodies removed.

A very small number of aliens hid away, neither opposing humanity nor cooperating with Aliens. They sought every possible way to free themselves from the Aliens' control. Although the nations had stopped researching implanted Xenomorph bloodline genes, they had continued researching ways to eliminate the hidden dangers in those bloodline genes. Once that problem was solved, super-gene soldiers could still become a major force in humanity's fight against Aliens.

But the founders of the Alien Organization were consumed by hatred. Their minds had already become twisted beyond salvation.

The nations had only one attitude toward the Alien Organization and Aliens: kill.

All along, the nations had continuously encircled and suppressed the Alien Organization. Low-level Aliens possessed limited intelligence, but aliens had human brains. When not transformed, they were no different from humans and could devise countless schemes and plots. They were far more dangerous than low-level Aliens, yet these Alien Organizations were like centipedes that refused to die.

Furthermore, the leaders of the Alien Organization seemed to have mastered the technology to implant Xenomorph bloodline genes. They had secretly been selecting suitable candidates and training them into new aliens.

Fortunately, the failure rate of this technology was extremely high.

Otherwise, the aliens would have long since emerged from the shadows, and their threat would have surpassed that of Aliens.

The Alien Organization had always been secretly expanding its influence. Though its overall strength did not compare to superpowers like Dragon Ascending Nation, Great Plum Nation, and Great Eagle Nation, its informants were spread across the globe, and no one knew where its secret bases were located.

If it truly set its mind to causing destruction, even superpowers would suffer a terrible headache.

At that moment, a gunshot rang out, pulling Qin Fen back from his thoughts.

A barrage of gunfire followed.

There were pistols, submachine guns, and AK automatic rifles.

Qin Fen got out of the taxi and looked toward the area sealed off by the guards. Having become a Quasi-Martial Artist, his eyesight had improved greatly, and he could vaguely make out a figure darting rapidly between several distant buildings.

The figure was completely shrouded in a black robe, making its appearance impossible to discern.

A large number of guards held submachine guns and AK automatic rifles, firing wildly at the black-robed figure.

"Roar!"

The black-robed figure actually let out a beast-like roar.

The roar overwhelmed the gunfire.

The black-robed figure scuttled across the exterior walls of the buildings, its hands and feet seeming to possess suction. It rapidly closed in on the guards below. Facing such dense gunfire, it actually intended to attack the guards.

A hail of bullets struck the walls, leaving deep bullet holes one after another. The black-robed figure was also hit dozens of times, its black robe riddled like a sieve, yet the alien beneath it remained unharmed. No blood flowed out.

Within a few breaths, the black-robed alien was less than a hundred meters from the guards.

The black-robed alien kicked off the wall with both legs. The enormous force instantly spread massive cracks across the wall, while it shot through the sky like a meteor toward the guards on the ground.

Just then, a tall figure shot out from among the guards. His five fingers curled into a fist as he punched at the charging black-robed alien. Their fists collided violently in midair.

Boom!

A tremendous explosion rang out in the air.

The black-robed alien could endure a barrage of gunfire without injury, but under that tall figure's punch, it was sent flying. Its black robe exploded apart, revealing the figure within.

"That is..."

Qin Fen focused his gaze, staring intently at the alien whose black robe had burst apart.

The alien had a wolf-like head, scarlet eyes, black fur covering its body, and incomparably sharp claws on both hands and feet. It could no longer be considered human at all.

This was an alien.

Before activating the power of the Xenomorph bloodline within its body, it was no different from a human.

But once it activated the power of its Xenomorph bloodline, its appearance would change, transforming toward that of an Alien.

Any lifeform whose appearance differed from that of a human was collectively called an Alien.

The wolf-shaped alien was sent flying by a single punch from the Guard Bureau expert and crashed into a building. The wall was as fragile as tofu, collapsing instantly. Rubble fell from high above.

The Guard Bureau expert landed, then kicked off with both legs and shot out like a rocket, charging directly into the building where the wolf-shaped alien had crashed. Continuous thunderous blasts rang out from within. Dust billowed into the air, obscuring Qin Fen's vision.

"So this is an External Master who has reached the Sixth Realm of Jing Li, Aura Strength. He truly is powerful."

This was the first time Qin Fen had personally witnessed an External Master of the Sixth Realm of Jing Li going all out in battle against an alien.

There were quite a few videos online and on television of battles against Aliens, including videos of Martial Artists who had opened the Mysterious Gate Aperture and cultivated Internal Family True Qi. But no matter how shocking those videos were, they could not compare to seeing it with his own eyes.

There was always a lack of realism when separated by a screen.

That wolf-shaped alien possessed a powerful physique and could ignore submachine-gun fire.

Yet once the Guard Bureau's External Master took action, it was immediately suppressed and sent flying with a single punch.

Qin Fen guessed that the Guard Bureau expert was an External Master rather than a Martial Artist who had cultivated Internal Family True Qi because if he had been a Martial Artist with Internal Family True Qi, he could have killed the wolf-shaped alien in a single move by using True Qi.

Even without becoming a Martial Artist, an External Master who had reached the Sixth Realm of Jing Li was terrifyingly powerful.

Solid walls were as fragile as tofu. Even submachine-gun fire could not break through the wolf-shaped alien's defenses, while its explosive power and jumping ability were equally astonishing. With a single leap, it could reach the top of a seven-story building.

This was the power of martial arts.

A Quasi-Martial Artist was already this powerful. Martial Artists who had cultivated Internal Family True Qi would only be even more terrifying.

However, Martial Artists generally would not act lightly. External Masters of the Sixth Realm of Jing Li were enough to handle low-level Aliens and ordinary aliens. Only when mid-level Aliens or powerful aliens that had undergone a second mutation appeared would Martial Artists need to be deployed.
