Geography & Administration

• Donghai City faces the East Sea to the east. Its other three sides are governed by six county-level cities, including Yangcheng and Shacheng. 2 57 99
• The municipality consists of a central urban area and twelve administrative districts. Each district is described as more prosperous than Yangcheng’s Longwan and Lucheng Districts. 99

Flowing Cloud Domain

• The Flowing Cloud Domain is Donghai City’s largest intersection point between the two realms and is classified as a Level 4 interdimensional zone. 163

Iron Wolf Society Incident

• The Iron Wolf Society attempted to draw the Martial Arts Bureau’s attention away from Shacheng by causing disturbances in other county-level cities, enabling an Otherworld summoning operation at an abandoned factory outside Shacheng. 57 58
• Shen Jiancheng destroyed the physical body of Heitian, the Black Wolf Tribe leader, and severely wounded the accompanying aliens. He ordered the surviving xenomorphs placed in a cordoned-off training ground outside Shacheng for Donghai City’s martial arts students. 82
• After Shen Jiancheng destroyed more than a dozen Iron Wolf Society strongholds in the north, the Four Wolf Venerables crossed the sea toward Donghai City in retaliation. 93
• Li Chengkong, Jin Kunwu, Zhou Hui, and Lei Ying Tian intercepted and repelled an Iron Wolf Society alien offshore, though all four sustained injuries in the battle. 97 99

Martial Arts & Education

• Donghai City’s first-year high school martial artists compete for six positions representing the municipality in inter-city competition. Candidates from the six county-level cities may challenge the city’s strongest students for those places. 101 103 104
• The Governor’s Mansion maintains a large training ground with more than a dozen arenas; even its ordinary guards are at least Sixth Realm quasi-martial artists. 104
• Donghai City’s strongest first-year students are notably stronger than those from its subordinate counties. Its top five key martial arts schools each have Fifth Realm first-year students. 102

Major Competitions

Qualification Competition for Establishing a Pavilion

• Donghai City competed against Jinyang City and Nangang City for the right to establish a World Martial Arts Tournament venue. The contest had university and high-school divisions, each fielding six representatives. 101 109
• Matches were held at Donghai City Central Stadium under a point system: victories earned two points, draws one point, and losses none. 109
• Donghai City won the competition with 16 points, qualifying to establish a Martial Arts Convention branch. 113

World Martial Arts Tournament

• Donghai City later served as one of five preliminary venues for the World Martial Arts Tournament. The top eight contestants from each venue advanced to the finals in Dragon City. 198
• The Donghai City branch arena is twice the size of the city’s largest martial arts hall and can hold one million spectators. Half of its tickets were sold, while a quarter were distributed to residents by lottery. 198

• Shen Jiancheng — “King of Donghai”; National Assembly representative, Shen Family head, and a World Top 100 Battle King Ranking expert. He earned his title by killing an Otherworld King with three swords within Donghai City’s territory. 82
