Legendary Class! Daydreamer!
Maze City.
The center of the Lost Domain.
The entire city is a natural, giant maze; without the permission of the Lost Monarch, anyone who ventures in will never be able to escape.
Deep within the labyrinth, on the seven-colored throne symbolizing supreme power, a king of immeasurable magnificence, covered with countless Maze Markings, lies in slumber.
Legend has it that the Lost Monarch's lifespan is immeasurable, and that he is older than many gods.
Legend has it that it is the embodiment of the most primal fear of confusion, loss, and the unknown for billions of living beings.
In the Nightmare World, where powerful beings abound, its strength ranks among the top among the more active monarchs of the present era.
It was too powerful, and too boring. So it conceived within itself a bizarre and fantastical labyrinth beyond the imagination of ordinary people.
They wander eternally in this Lost land, endlessly reincarnating, endlessly dying, and endlessly being reborn.
Throughout history, no life has ever been able to escape the labyrinth within his body.
They are called: the Lost Ones.
But today, the Lost Monarch on the throne opened his eyes, which had been asleep for tens of thousands of years, and let out a soft exclamation.
Its maze may have encountered a "minor" problem.
"Interesting."
Throughout the ages, the labyrinth of the Lost Monarch has trapped countless Lost Ones of Level Six and above, and there have even been 63 Lost Ones of Level Nine.
When it puts life into the labyrinth, it does not deprive them of their ability to cultivate.
Instead, it will feature many fun mini-games within the maze.
If you can complete it, you will also receive a reward from the maze.
The greatest pleasure of the Lost Monarch is watching these lives cycle between hope and despair.
As for those who caused problems in its own maze, it doesn't remember when it sent them into the maze.
I vaguely remember that these poor creatures, who loved adventure and knowledge but had short lifespans, accidentally offended it and captured its descendant "Pan," which it had left in the Nightmare World at some unknown time, and used it to enter and exit the Nightmare World.
The Lost Monarch then sent most of them into the labyrinth, while the rest perished in the Nightmare World.
By the way, they seem to call themselves the "Dream School," their organization is called the "Dreamland Spire," and their leader is something like the "Daydream Wizard."
The Lost Monarch thought that the newborn calf was not afraid of the tiger. These short-lived creatures, which it regarded as living only a day and dying in a day, also wanted to study the most complex dream.
The sky is as clear as a mirror, reflected on the lake's surface. White clouds drift lazily in the reflection, and dappled sunlight shines on the lake, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
There is a small wooden house by the lake.
A middle-aged man with graying temples and a slightly weathered face was writing something on a table. Scattered draft papers lay on the floor.
He is writing a book.
Its title is: The Interpretation of Dreams, 1001st Edition - Freud.
Suddenly, a terrifying figure, too terrifying to look at directly, appeared behind him.
"Daydream Wizard Freud, is that your name?"
"The Lost Monarch asked."
The middle-aged man looked up and adjusted his thick glasses.
"Yes, Mr. Rost Trevor."
The Lost Monarch laughed:
How did you know my real name?
The middle-aged man said, "Sir, I have reincarnated 1001 times inside you. I am a keen observer and can always find some clues."
The Lost Monarch couldn't help but applaud.
"Most people would have an emotional breakdown and their willpower destroyed after experiencing one cycle in my body. Some outstanding Level 6s might experience it a dozen times, and a very small number of Level 9s might experience it hundreds of times. So, while I was sleeping, you had already experienced it 1001 times. I admire you."
It looked at the book.
"May I take a look at it?"
The middle-aged man nodded, handed the book to the Lost Monarch, and said softly, "Knowledge is meant to be shared, Mr. Rost Trevor. I'm leaving this book to you. Consider it a parting gift. I've learned a great deal from you."
The Lost Monarch laughed heartily.
"You're so confident you can break free from my control and escape this Endless Labyrinth? Do you know that a level ten being, who calls himself the God of Dreams, slumbers within this [Lakeside Cabin] labyrinth?"
The middle-aged man said, "I know. In fact, I have already communicated with it and tried to persuade it to rebel, but its mind has been Lost, and it has become a ' Heartless One ' with divine power but no will. Your strength is indeed very strong, sir, I have to admit."
The Lost Monarch snapped his fingers.
The blue skies and white clouds, the desolate land of this world began to dissipate, revealing its true appearance.
It was a gigantic humanoid creature whose size was immeasurable.
It slumbers in this world, its breath turning into white clouds, its saliva turning into lakes, its body hair becoming mountains, and its heart being empty.
The Lost Monarch said, "His name Hypnosde, and he wields a portion of the authority over dreams. He is known as the God of Dreams by many civilized mortals, and some believers call him the God of Sleep. He was too ambitious, wanting to seize my power, and I sent him into the labyrinth. Unbeknownst to many, he has been sleeping here for almost two hundred thousand years, and his followers have almost forgotten about him. Do you think you are stronger than him?"
The middle-aged man said, "My strength is probably inferior to itss, but I may understand dreams better than it. After all, it was put on a pedestal by those believers. It probably doesn't even understand why it can control the power of dreams, which is why it ignorantly came to challenge you, sir."
After a moment of silence Lost Monarch asked, "Then tell me, what is a dream?"
The middle-aged man said, "Sir, I think... I am the dream."
The Lost Monarch's expression changed slightly, then he smiled.
"I see. What a Daydream Wizard. I think we'll meet again in the future. Well then, goodbye for now."
The middle-aged man before them began to dissipate, transforming into colorful butterflies that drifted away into the unknown distance.
The Lost Monarch reached out his hand, as if to grasp it, but ultimately withdrew it.
She opened the book the middle-aged man had given her. On its title page was this sentence.
Does the butterfly of the heart dream of dreamers?
The Lost Monarch stood with his hands behind his back, watching the butterflies disappear into the labyrinth.
"It's time to wake up."
On the throne of the Maze City, the Lost Monarch opened his eyes once more, gazing at the Interpretation of Dreams, 1001st Edition " beside him.
"I forged Legendary Realm artifact from my dream. Interesting. Even the gods cannot escape the cage, yet a butterfly has flown out."
Nora World.
The former Yellow Earth Continent is now located in the western sea area of the Nora Continent.
Wizards and demons wage a protracted war here, endlessly.
The once pristine Mirror Lake was cratered when someone fell from the sky.
Above the ruins of the Dreamland Spire stands a collapsed Wizard Tower.
On the wall hangs an oil painting depicting a colorful butterfly.
The butterfly came to life, fluttering its wings and leaving behind streaks of rainbows that flew out of Mirror Lake and stretched endlessly into the sky.
One after another, bewildered figures began to appear on the Rainbow Bridge. They seemed both real and illusory, as if they did not exist in the real world, like a dream bubble.
At the same time, all these figures looked toward the end of the rainbow bridge. The colorful butterfly had somehow transformed into a middle-aged male wizard in a white robe. Beneath his feet, billions of butterflies paved a path leading to an unknown destination.
The Sauron Continent.
The Black Abyss City.
A figure in black robes closed his eyes in deep thought, seemingly struggling against some kind of power. Before him was a phantom image of a blood moon.
The Black Abyss Overlord opened his eyes.
"Another Legendary Realm has emerged. Interesting. How could it be him?"
Clearly, even the Black Abyss Overlord had not expected that the 14th Legendary Realm of the Wizard Council would be the middle-aged man on the Butterfly Bridge.
The God Forsaken Continent.
Ms. Lucy stood outside the army, gazing towards the distant Nora Continent.
"Freud? That's great, the Dream School is about to flourish."
The Sauron Continent.
Eamon stood Eye of Sauron, seemingly observing something.
"What exactly does this Wind Demon Lord want to do?"
Since this being from the 645th Floor of the Abyss took over as the Commander-in-Chief of the Blood War, the demons' tactics and strategies seem to have improved significantly. This has put considerable pressure on Eamon.
Suddenly, a look of joy appeared on his face.
From somewhere atop the Tower of Babel, a streak of light flew out. It was an envelope with wings, like a carrier pigeon, heading towards the Nora Continent.
"The 14th seat of the Supreme Council has been born. It is truly surprising that they were able to emerge from the labyrinth of the Lost Monarch."
As the Grand Council President, he had naturally heard of the Lost Monarch's formidable reputation, and even he needed to be cautious. This newly born Legendary Realm was no ordinary man.
Yes, dreams are never simple.
After the Blood War is over and the Wizard Civilization becomes stronger, one day they will inevitably have to face the Nightmare.
Ancient Dragon Continent.
Emperor Palace.
Levi seemed to sense this as well.
"The birth of every Legendary Realm resonates with Nora in some way, allowing the powerful to sense it... At this moment, Nora is cheering."
However, given his level of understanding, he was still unaware of which Legendary Realm had been born; he could only wait for the Supreme Council's announcement some time later.
One month later.
More than a hundred years after the Legendary Realm Black Abyss Overlord appeared, a new Legendary Wizard has descended upon the mortal world, shocking the world.
His name was [The Daydream Believer Freud], the founder of the Dreamland Spire, a pioneer of the Dream School, and the author of The Interpretation of Dreams... an ancient wizard from 80,000 years ago.
The leader of the Dreamland Spire, who was rumored to have been swallowed by Nightmare and whose entire organization had disappeared, has miraculously returned, along with the group of vanished Dream School wizards.
It can be said that the shock brought by Lady Rowling's previous works, such as the Legendary Realm the Black Abyss Overlord, is not as great as the return of Freud and his ascension to the Legendary Realm.
"This is simply a miracle, unbelievable!"
This is how the former judge of the Dark Ancient Tower Ranking, the Great Wizard, the Dragonfly Wizard, commented.
"It's hard to imagine what kind of adventures Lord Freud encountered in the Nightmare World. In any case, let's congratulate the birth of the 14th seat of the Supreme Council, and at the same time, let's look forward to the arrival of the 15th Legendary Wizard," said Grand Council President Eamon.
"What a long and confusing dream."
Freud made the above remarks in his first words to the public.
Ancient Dragon Continent.
Levi looked at the newspaper, feeling invigorated.
"Awesome!"
This is the only feeling he has right now.
Having spent so long in the Nightmare World, he has also acquired a lot of knowledge about the Dreamland Spire. According to the clues he has collected, this organization is trapped inside the body of the terrifying being, the Lost Monarch.
According to the Dreamland Spire Wizard's Notes that he obtained in Mirror Lake, the Daydream Wizard disappeared from the Wizard World when he was just Eighth Ring Wizard like him.
In other words, despite being a mere eighth-ring being controlled by the Lost Monarch, a level ten being, he was still able to fight his way out of countless nightmare cycles, advance to the Great Wizard, and even create Legendary Realm artifacts, prove his Legendary Realm, and fight his way out.
It's simply amazing! But after calming down, Levi also had some concerns.
"With the power of the Lost Monarch, can Freud really break free from control completely? Could it be a feigned retreat, or some other treacherous scheme?"
It's no wonder Levi was suspicious. He recalled how badly he had been tricked when he first encountered the Human-Faced Spider. The mix of truth and falsehood, reality and illusion, was truly baffling.
Therefore, one can never be too careful when facing a level 10 being who is adept at manipulating dreams and illusions.
"Forget it, I think these are just unfounded worries. With the intelligence of the Grand Council President and those Legendary Wizard, they must have thought of these things. If it really is a conspiracy by the Lost Monarch, it should be well controlled."
"[Daydreamer] is this Legendary Realm title, [Dream-Deciphering Butterfly Legendary Realm is Freud's Legendary Realm profession, the demiplane is [Visionary Dreamscape], and the Legendary Realm honorific is [The wise man who deconstructs dreams, the butterfly that chases fantasies]... Everything is related to dreams, and it is somewhat similar to Zhuangzi's dream of the butterfly in his previous life."
The story of Zhuangzi dreaming of a butterfly is also widely known among the Legendary Wizard of this world.
Because Sauron, this "copycat," had long ago used the style of Sauron's Sayings to inscribe such classic allusions on the quote wall.
"Perhaps Freud also drew inspiration from this story to figure out the path to becoming Legendary Wizard."
After calming down, Levi continued his training, hoping that one day he could also ascend to the Legendary Realm level in such a miraculous way and show off in the Wizard World.
Three years later.
Nora Calendar year 745.
The 533rd year of the Blood War.
Like a butterfly flapping its wings, the return of the Daydream Believer has profoundly changed the landscape of the Wizard World over the past three years.
In just three years, the Dream School has transformed from an obscure, elementary school into a popular one, attracting a constant stream of applicants.
The Daydream Believer used his immense power to sweep away the demonic calamity from the Yellow Earth Continent and rebuilt the Dreamland Spire on the ruins.
The vast majority of the wizards who had followed him into the Dreamland Spire of the Lost Monarch's endless cycle of reincarnation also returned.
They were lucky because, due to the powerful abilities of the Lost Monarch, they did not age in countless reincarnations, while the outside world had Seas Change, Fields Transform, with 80,000 years having passed.
In these cycles, their control over dreams deepened. Apart from the Daydream Believer, the others also improved their abilities, with two even becoming Great Wizard.
One of them was called the "Illusion Wind Wizard," and the other was called the "Dream Moon Wizard." They were both granted the title of "Wanderer" by the Supreme Council.
The Illusion Wind Walker and the Dream Moon Walker, who followed the Daydream Believer, were his most prized disciples.
The fourteenth Sky City, the City of Dreams, has also begun construction.
Even on the Ancient Dragon Continent, Levi could see a group of wizards bustling about, carrying out construction at a rapid pace.
However, although the Dream School is currently gaining momentum, its foundation is still too weak. At present, it is entirely supported by the original team of the Dreamland Spire, and it is still far from catching up with the Elemental School.
Nowadays.
Two Legendary Wizard each from the Earth, Burning, Storm, Ocean, Thunder.
One frost, one death, one life, one dream. This is the current Legendary Wizard structure of the Wizard Civilization.
Of the remaining major schools of thought.
The schools of metal, shadow, darkness, Light Faction have all produced Legendary Wizard, some with more than one. They are now somewhat waning in popularity.
This is influenced by various factors.
It is foreseeable that in the upcoming Golden Age, the next Legendary Wizard will most likely emerge from the traditional elemental faction, but other factions may also produce one.
After all, these factions still have several Great Wizard in charge, so their foundations remain intact.
Even the relatively obscure Venom School has its own Great Wizard in charge.
The most unfortunate are the Spiritualism Faction and its branch, the Insect School, as well as many obscure minor schools, none of which currently have a single Great Wizard.
As for curses, prophecies, and the flow of space and time, they are difficult to form their own sects because without the cultivation of the Origin Soul, it is very difficult to learn and master them.
The basis for the division of factions within the Wizard Council is the need for a large number of low-level practitioners, requiring a complete path of advancement from apprentice to Legendary Wizard.
In fact.
The Great Wizard and Legendary Wizard of the various factions in the current Wizard Council all possess, to varying degrees, the abilities of curses, prophecies, time, and space.
To some extent, these four factions have the most Legendary Wizard and Great Wizard.
Take this Blood War as an example. Much of the power struggle between the two sides' high-level officials took place silently, across endless space, with prophecies and curses being exchanged.
The same applies to intelligence warfare.
On one hand, it involves sending infiltrators. On the other hand, it's a competition to see who has the strongest predictive abilities.
This day.
Ancient Dragon Continent.
The 1169-year-old Dragon King Li awoke from his cultivation, his eyes flickering slightly. On Klein Crystal Ball, spiritual energy appeared:
[Mental Strength: 17000/25550]
[Art Power: 34 million]
"I'm only 1,000 points away from the 18,000-point mental strength standard for the eighth-ring senior. I've only been at the eighth ring for sixty years, and I'm almost at the eighth-ring senior again."
Therefore, the difference between the increase in mental power or the upper limit of mental power by the Truth Wonder is not significant for Levi.
In retrospect, there are advantages, because it is definitely easier to improve one's mental strength during the seventh ring than during the eighth ring, even with the same 1000 points.
These years of spiritual practice.
Levi's [Chariot Rune] has been upgraded to Seventeenth-Order, increasing his speed by 250%, and his exclusive mount [Silver Chariot] can now travel 15,000 miles through the void.
Although it is still far, Levi is now Eighth Ring Wizard, capable of traversing tens of thousands of miles, and with the [Formless Secret Word], traveling fifty thousand miles in an instant is nothing.
From this perspective, it seems this carriage is gradually becoming obsolete. However, judging from the increasing trend in distance gain, the abilities it provides also increase progressively with each rune level. After grinding a few more levels, it should be useful again.
also.
The [Lovers Rune] has been upgraded to Tier 13, increasing luck by 140%. Combined with "Pleasant Goat's Lucky Ditty," the increase in [Absolute Luck] doubles to a terrifying 280%. Using probabilistic spells like [Absolute Zero] would be incredibly satisfying, wouldn't it? Since Levi advanced to the eighth ring, [Absolute Zero] has always been a guaranteed hit against level eight enemies, never missing a beat.
Perhaps, I can try my luck when facing a level nine expert next.
The [Moon Rune] has been upgraded to Tier 12, increasing lifespan by a staggering 120%.
Levi's lifespan is inexhaustible, and Hundred Flowers also benefits from this, with her lifespan increasing by 60%. Her base lifespan is around 3500 years, which multiplied by 1.6 is 5600 years, approaching that of an ordinary Great Wizard.
Hundred Flowers is not yet 1,400 years old, and has more than 4,000 years of lifespan remaining.
"It's a pity that the Jade Rabbit Star Soul can only be bound to one person, otherwise..."
Levi felt a slight sense of regret.
Finally, the [Hanged Man Rune] also reached Fourth Order, increasing elemental damage resistance by 30%.
According to the test, the protective equipment is in a "naked blank state" when no Protective Force Field is applied.
He can withstand ordinary Combustion Faction of the eighth ring, but they will only cause a little bit of negligible explosive damage, and the elemental burning damage is almost non-existent.
"If this growth continues, once I reach the eighth ring, I might be able to replicate my feat of defeating the Primal Soul Wizard at the Fifth Ring... Unfortunately, the Crypt Wizard is a thing of the past."
Levi internally complained.
Of course, if possible, it's better to avoid encountering level 9 enemies altogether. Why risk your life if you can safely crush them?
Reality is not a game.
Fighting opponents of higher levels offers little more than a few insignificant titles and does not provide any real benefit such as "doubled experience points."
In terms of magic.
The skills I practiced recently, such as "Sea God Armor", "Seas Change, Fields Transform", and "Sea's Delta", have all reached the level of the Fifteenth-Order Sixth Ring.
After testing, Levi found that the Sixth Ring limit of the "Sea God Armor" possessed such strong defensive power that it could even withstand a single attack from a senior seventh-ring wizard. It truly deserves its place among the top ten eighth-ring defensive spells in the current Wizard World.
In retrospect, the case of using the "Sea God Armor" to save his life in front of a level nine powerhouse should be true. Of course, his ability to escape must have involved other means as well.
Needless to say, Levi's first thing every day these past Seas Change, Fields Transform years has been to practice this method and "massage" the Ancient Dragon Continent.
According to his measurements, the coastline of the Ancient Dragon Continent has advanced several thousand meters. Once this spell reaches the eighth level, the rate of advancement will definitely be even faster.
Levi estimated that before he became Great Wizard, the Ancient Dragon Continent had a chance to merge with other satellite continents. At that time, the Ancient Dragon Continent would have enough land, and there would be no need for land reclamation in the short term.
The Way of the Knight.
Both the Nightmare Dragon and the Death Ember Dragon Breathing Technique are progressing steadily forward.
Especially for Nightmare Dragon, after acquiring the pure-blooded Dragonkind Khorne Overlord, the Golden Spear was retired and only occasionally used as an auxiliary weapon.
After a while, I'll be able to reach the peak of level seven with these two Breathing Technique.
The Death Ember Dragon technique is a mythical Breathing Technique, and achieving godhood in a short time is impossible unless Levi can directly find many legendary bloodline factors or use mythical ones in one step. Therefore, the next step is to advance directly and not get stuck at a certain level for the sake of evolution.
If Nightmare Dragon were to kill Khorne Overlord and acquire a legendary bloodline, it should be able to reach the mythical level.
Levi's current idea is that if he can find a new bloodline before reaching his limit, he should take advantage of the fact that his relationship with the Khorne Overlord is not yet deep and turn it into resources for his advancement.
Anyway, this guy was trying to harm me from the start. If it weren't for Black Abyss Senior's intervention, I wouldn't have been able to defeat him.
There's no rush now. Let it guard Black Dragon Territory for now. If we can find an eighth-level Nightmare Dragon Spawn, that would be perfect. To be honest, using a pure-blooded Dragonkind as material for my own advancement to the eighth level is a bit of a waste.
Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm.
The eight-story pagoda soared into the clouds, and around it, strange phenomena such as Thunder, ocean, earth, and Nightmare appeared, making it clearly extraordinary.
Levi built Wizard Tower of the Chaos Faction, encompassing all things.
After years of refinement, the outer framework looks quite presentable.
However, major projects like solidifying runes and magic arrays haven't been done yet; they look good but aren't practical.
"Forget it, let's stop rolling. Let's rest for a while. This broken tower... let's wait until Holy Infant and the others reach the eighth ring before we refine it together."
Levi compromised.
If it were just an ordinary Wizard Tower, that would be fine, but the Wizard Tower he wanted was designed by Gargamel himself.
"Speaking of which, it would be great if someone like Gargamel could appear in this great era. It's just a pity that he didn't reach the Legendary Realm before he fell."
The Dragon Corpse Demon soaking in the giant pit has absorbed about half of the pool water, and it will still take some time before it can take shape.
Under the ancient banyan tree.
Mana, Immortal Banyan Dragon, Martha, and Black Phoenix, four idle Long-Lived Species ladies, were playing mahjong, which was naturally a form of entertainment that Levi had taught them.
The Ash Dragon, like a puppy, lay at Mana's feet, sleeping carefree.
Seeing it reminded Levi of Owens of the Unbowed Silver Seat. It had been a long time since they'd been in touch, and he wondered how Owens was doing. He immediately tossed a Gold Coins to summon it.
Boom! A loud explosion rang out in the sky.
A streak of silver light descended from the sky, landing with an incredibly dashing hero's pose. Owens laughed loudly, "My friend, I'm already a seventh-level Ash Swordsman... Oh, damn it, you're already level eight?!"
For the past few centuries, Owens has been diligently cultivating his skills. He finally reached the seventh rank of the Ash Swordsman recently.
Even in the heyday of the Ash World before it was assimilated by the Nightmare World, this was an absolute powerhouse.
A ninth-dan Ash Swordsman is, after all, a legendary figure, rarely seen.
Owens knew that Levi was fast, but he did not expect that this human, who was once on par with him in strength, had already reached level eight and become the strongest being below Demigod.
Levi asked, "Long time no see. How have things been going on your end lately?"
Owens sighed, then said sadly, "It's still the same old story. There are more and more corrupted things. I can feel that the whole world seems to be heading towards its demise... When that day comes, I may also turn to Ashes and return to darkness."
Levi asked, "Is there any way to salvage this?"
"I don't know either. All the Ash Lord are dead. The only survivor might be that dragon. Perhaps it knows something." Owens looked at the sleeping little Ash Dragon.
"Alright, I'm very happy to see you advance to level eight. I'm going back now." Owens turned and left.
Watching Owens's retreating figure, Levi seemed lost in thought. Judging from the Ash Dragon's current condition, it shouldn't have regained its past life's memories. If it had, it wouldn't have remained completely oblivious after years of companionship.
Who exactly is Owens?
Levi had always been confused. But with the improvement of Levi cultivation level, coupled with Owens ' words just now, Levi gained some insight.
In his eyes, Ashes fell, and he once again entered the long-lost Ash World.
A world of only gray and black, with Ashes falling from the sky and the distant sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Previously, when Levi entered the Ash World from Lion King City on the Yellow Earth Continent, he appeared in an Ashes version of Lion King City.
Now, when he entered the Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm, a separate realm, what appeared before him was also the Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm.
However, this fairyland was filled with Ashes and devoid of life.
It's a very strange reflection, as if... the Ash World is a reflection of all worlds.
Generally speaking
These worlds, which can connect multiple dimensions, are either primary spiritual planes, such as the Astral Realm or Nightmare World. They are formed from the Power of Faith or the Power of Fear.
Another realm is the Underworld, because the Nether Mother River controls the cycle of life and death, and its tributaries are also connected to all realms.
The Ash World is just an ordinary large world. Judging from its history, there are not many level 10 powerhouses, but it can reflect Nora and other worlds.
Based on Levi's research over the years, there is only one world that possesses such abilities: the Shadow World.
One theory suggests that the Shadow World was once a superworld because it was a reflection of multiple dimensions, but it was downgraded due to some kind of change.
Levi felt it was possible that the Ash World had separated from the Shadow World long ago.
To verify his thoughts, Levi wandered aimlessly through the Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm.
The area was not large, and he quickly found his target. On the eastern coast of the fairyland, he discovered another village.
A swordsman clad in rusty silver armor sat listlessly under the windmill at the village entrance, clutching a greatsword, his gaze deep and unfocused.
His face was exactly the same as Owens', but his strength was only at the level of Ash Swordsman.
After thinking for a moment, Levi asked:
"Excuse me, where is this place?"
The swordsman raised his head and said:
"This is Windmill Village. Outsider, are you looking to hire the strongest Ash Swordsman in Windmill Village?"
The familiar conversation unfolded as if it were yesterday, Levi remained calm.
"If I'm not mistaken, you must be Unbowed Silver Seat Owens, right?"
The swordsman looked surprised.
How did you know?
Having confirmed his suspicions, Levi turned to Ashes and vanished, leaving Windmill Village.
Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm.
Levi's figure appeared.
"The Ash World that you enter from the Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm is different from the Ash World that you enter from Nora... but they both have a Windmill Village and an Owens."
"Because the Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm and the world independent of Nora, each world has its own independent reflection. Isn't this the Shadow World described in the ancient texts?"
"The current Shadow World is only a part of the true Shadow World. There are countless fragmented worlds scattered across multiple dimensions like Pearl of the Sea. When these pieces are put together, they form a super world comparable to the Astral Realm or the Nightmare World."
"Owens' ability to appear in all the Ash World might be because he is related to the Ash World themselves, such as being an embodiment of the world's will or a reincarnation of a powerful being from the Ash World."
Over the years, Owens' strength has steadily improved. This is partly due to Levi's support, and partly because he seems to be facing no bottlenecks, which surprises Levi. He himself relies on cheat codes, so what does Owens rely on?
Levi had a kind of intuition.
The downgrading of the Shadow World, and those fragmented, Ash World, are most likely related to super-worlds such as the Underworld, Nightmare World, Astral Realm, and Abyss. It's possible that they are the result of a power struggle between these super-worlds.
Apart from that, there is no power that can demote a superworld... Oh right, there is also the Dark Insect Race to watch out for now.
"Once the Ash Dragon regains its memories, it may know something. After all, it is one of the higher-ups in the Ash World."
The Darkness Zone.
In a world dominated by the ocean, shrouded in demonic energy, a group of fully armed staff members of the Myriad Races Council gaze at the empty Sea Race city and the abusive demons.
"What's going on? Where are the Sea Race? Someone give me an explanation!"
"My lord, under the influence of a self-proclaimed descendant of the Baghdad Sturgeon Emperor, the Sea Race, taking advantage of the demons' rampage, killed the guardians of this realm and escaped in a smuggled spaceship..."
"Damn it! This is a breeding base for the Demon-Slaying Warriors that even big shots are paying attention to. Go after them and bring those Sea Race back! You bunch of good-for-nothings can't even keep an eye on a single Sea Race."
"Our men have already gone to search, sir, please be patient. We have informants in the Darkness Zone Market nearby, and we will discover these Sea Race as soon as they buy supplies."
The Darkness Zone.
An ancient-looking spaceship, resembling a black shark, is wandering in deep space. A burly Sea Race, possessing strength at the late stage of level six, sits at the bow.
It was Baghdad.
It followed the Sea Race without any explanation and was placed in the New World by the Myriad Races Council more than seven hundred years ago.
In the ensuing Sea Race battles, Baghdad, relying on the bloodline of the Sturgeon Emperor and other opportunities, rose rapidly and defeated one powerful enemy after another.
Not long ago, demons wreaked havoc and killed the only level seven powerhouse of the Sea Race. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Baghdad seized power and became the leader of the Sea Race.
As it rose to a high position, it also came into contact with some truths and conspiracies.
The Myriad Races Council does not intend to help the Sea Race rebuild their home; they merely want to raise the Sea Race like pigs for experiments on the so-called Dharma Destroyer Project, in order to fight against the Wizard World.
Baghdad, naturally unwilling to see his compatriots being used in this way, led his people in rebellion against the local rulers, escaped the New World, and began a life of wandering in the Darkness Zone.
Now, it doesn't know where it has gone.
The Wizard World is gone forever.
First, the Sea Race themselves betrayed Nora, which was a serious crime; second, it was too far away.
He opened his palm, and eight weapons, each with a different design and emitting a dark gold color, floated in the air.
This is a token from the Treasury of Emperors.
There are eight of them here, and four are left, which are most likely lost in Nora.
There are three Submerged Ancient City, but as for the ancestral trident... it was lost.
"Alas, if I could enter the Treasury of Emperors, I might still have a chance to reach the eighth level, or even the former Sea God realm. Although it would not be enough to contend with large civilizations, it would not be difficult to find a place for the Sea Race to settle down in this Darkness Zone."
The Sauron Continent.
Inside a secluded mansion.
The Golden Walker brewed a cup of Mind-Clearing Tea, took a whiff, and felt relaxed and invigorated.
"After waiting for hundreds of years, this Mind-Clearing Tea has finally sprouted. It is indeed extraordinary. Although its effects on my level are not obvious, drinking it year after year is still very beneficial... Louise must have other good things from the Ancient Tomb Clan. Level eight strength is already a high-ranking noble in the Ancient Tomb Clan. The Nine Dragons Emperor has nine adult pure-blooded Dragonkind under his command, each of them extraordinary. Now that he has fallen, I wonder if those pure-blooded Dragonkind were buried with him? If we could capture one or obtain its corpse, it would be invaluable."
The Golden Walker was originally in charge of managing affairs related to other races, and after being promoted to Great Wizard, he was further promoted to become one of the responsible persons.
In this position, he also made a lot of money from those alien races who defected to the Wizard World.
Of course, if he receives a benefit, he will usually get things done; it's a mutually agreeable transaction.
He could sense that with his advancement to Great Wizard, the Golden Lightning Family's fortunes were about to return.
How to elevate his family to a higher level in this golden age, thereby transcending the scope of ordinary top-tier wizarding organizations and becoming a major force influencing Wizard Civilization, is what he is currently considering.
First, we need to find ways to support the family and produce more Primal Soul Wizard and Great Wizard. Through the family's support, we can further advance our own Great Wizard realm.
If one could become Legendary Wizard and obtain a seat in the Supreme Council, that would be even better.
He has great ambitions and wants to build the Golden Lightning Family into a super family that will last for millions of years.
This Grand Council President, what others can do, their Golden Lightning can do too!
"Speaking of which, the Twilight Hall Master is too ambitious, daring to annex the House of Witches. It's just a pity that he is a favorite of the Black Abyss Overlord and cannot be disciplined."
His previous interview remarks were an attempt to gauge the higher-ups' attitude towards the Ancient Dragon Continent.
If the higher-ups cancel the merger, it means that the Ancient Dragon Continent has not yet reached a point where it should be afraid of them.
Unfortunately, the higher-ups tacitly approved it.
The Golden Walker then abandoned his unrealistic ideas. The current situation dictates that even on the Sauron Continent, one must tread carefully.
Otherwise, even if he were Great Wizard, he would have to do somersaults. The family's fortunes had previously declined greatly because those younger generation members were too unruly.
"Forget it, let's try to find some more opportunities from Louise of the Ancient Tomb Clan."
Time flies.
Five years later.
Nora 750, Blood War 538.
In the Ancient Banyan Immortal Realm, Levi Wei awoke from his seclusion, a look of joy on his face.
"The Tairo Wizard Ruins have been found. Whether we can obtain the last of the four major body-refining techniques depends on this."
Gandalf has already integrated the Eight-Armed Demon God and the Ten-Winged Sky Dragon from the four great powers, and his cultivation of the authentic Nine-Headed Hell Serpent Body Refinement Method is on the right track. Only the Thousand-Eyed Titan Body Refinement Technique remains to complete his work.
