Locke looked at the description of Sea Golden Sand on the Gray Mist Slate. A mature Sea Golden Sand usually stood between one and four meters tall. It was a common First-Circle fern-type Magic Plant, but one of the rare climbing varieties among fern Magic Plants.
Its spore powder resembled golden sand. In the wild, it automatically secreted large amounts of spores, which could instantly flood enemies like a sea of golden sand. That was why it was called Sea Golden Sand.
Locke had chosen it not only because the First-Ring Plant Magic techniques related to this Magic Plant were well-developed, with complex and versatile offensive spells that could provide him with sufficient damage and support capabilities, but also because it was one of the rare plants whose magical structure contained multiple natural Golden Magic components.
It could only grow in the Golden Sandlands. Its surface would be covered in a layer of golden fuzz, making it look as though the entire green plant were draped in golden down.
It was a rare golden Magic Plant.
The Realm of Dusk and Dawn had the greatest number of golden Magic Plants. They were almost nonexistent in the Southeastern Corner Region. Fern Magic Plants such as Sea Golden Sand had been transplanted from the Realm of Dusk and Dawn and were not native Magic Plants of the Southeastern Corner Region.
