His furrowed brow relaxed. The project seemed well developed, it had produced results, and the idea behind it looked promising.
He also noticed a proposal highlighted in the report: grafting the Great Green Leaf Dragon Sparrow with the Demon Dragon Rose, a magic plant developed jointly with a Third-Ring Throne Wizard from the Rose Council, another top Wizard University in the Cloud Marsh Wetland, to achieve Atavistic Evolution.
Saronilus's pupils contracted sharply.
The Rose Council?
The Rose Council had recently gained renown for Rose Floriography, though it was only a niche discipline proposed by the last few generations of Rose Witches. Its breeding and cultivation of rose magic plants, however, were famous throughout the Eastern Sector.
The Rose Council was also well known for Textile Studies and Incense Studies, a branch of Potions.
Its incense was particularly popular with the Golden Nobility. More recently, magical bouquets made by its florists had begun to catch on in the Realm of Dusk and Dawn, where the Golden Dynasty had always enjoyed luxuries of every kind.
To Saronilus, then, the Rose Council's name carried even more weight than that of another top Wizard University in the Cloud Marsh Wetland.
