The Winged Dragon Garden's Moon-Ring Wizard looked slightly displeased. Not to mention that Rain-Marsh lacked a super-large wizard academy on the level of Root Crown Court, which served only three wizard academies across the entire Wizard Land; it did not even reach the level of the seven large wizard academies such as Cloud Marsh Wetland.
Rain-Marsh was essentially a Wizard University complex, composed of numerous small and medium-sized wizard academies—gardens. It was similar to Academy City, but the wizard academies within Academy City in the Starfield Sea were much more closely connected, each academy was much larger, and Academy City was genuinely an organization capable of sharing funding among its members.
The gardens that made up wizard academies such as Winged Dragon Garden, on the other hand, were under the unified management of a branch of the White Wizard Association in Rain-Marsh. However, their funding, personnel, and student sources were independent of one another. They could only cooperate on many projects under the unified management of the White Wizard Association.
Thus, although Winged Dragon Garden was a top wizard academy in Rain-Marsh and seemed to occupy the same position as Golden Crown Mountain, the top wizard university of Cloud Marsh Wetland, the two were actually worlds apart in status and could not be treated as equals. However, whenever he introduced it externally, he would usually compare it with Cloud Marsh Wetland's top wizard university. He had not expected someone to seize on this weakness at such a time.
The Moon-Ring Wizard from Winged Dragon Garden hesitated, but still retorted somewhat guiltily, "However, our Breeding Science in certain fields is no worse than Golden Crown Mountain's."
"It is no worse than Root Crown Court's either."
The Sun-Ring Wizard from Root Crown Court seemed much more imposing. Root Crown Court was an
