Arro trained to protect his second life, survived the Death Test, and began studying at Owl Wizard Academy. After defeating Knan Nabbi and learning that Annelise was his mother, he focused on his studies while Alice and Amy prepared to use Desi and other apprentices to gather materials for Amy’s revival.

Arc 1Arro’s Early Training

Arro Garner began developing his martial skills while learning that his family belonged to the wizarding world and that its dangers demanded preparation. After escaping a Wish Sprite and training against the Evil God Scroll’s mental pressure, he resolved to grow strong enough to protect his second life.

  • Zhou Xu was born to Nicole and David, who named him Arro Garner, and he soon began exploring his castle and system while wondering about the strange powers he witnessed.
  • Arro learned the Knight's Breathing Technique from Kabir and trained with Gemma, advancing his breathing and Cat Form Fist skills through practice.
  • Arro confronted the refugee crisis by organizing rations, clearing the town, and planning work and shelter, then David revealed that the refugees had fled the Mist Realm and werewolf cubs had used them as food.
  • David secretly tested Arro against a Werewolf Youth, and after enduring a brutal fight, Arro defeated and killed him with help from his parents’ spells.
  • David took Arro to Pahz’s castle, where Pahz taught him wizard knowledge and arranged his education while explaining that Arro was too young for formal wizard training.

Arc 2The Death Test and Owl Academy

Arro joined Nicole’s recruitment voyage, survived the Death Test, and chose Owl Wizard Academy after refusing several other schools. He arrived at the academy with Desi and entered the Mission Hall, where Desi revealed his number.

  • Arro discovered Nicole was the visiting Lord Wizard, traveled with her to the port, and earned an Excellent assessment after she measured his aptitude and mental strength.
  • Arro warned Monli about the danger of discussing Anomaly Space, then fought Puppet Soldiers when the inn was pulled into an anomaly and learned that Monli had absorbed its core.
  • Nicole brought Arro, Monli, and the other recruits aboard the ship, where Arro confronted noble students and met Desi, who arranged their lodgings.
  • Arro improved his physical abilities before pirates attacked the ship, then fought them while many recruits died and Nicole finally destroyed the attackers.
  • Nicole declared the survivors had passed the Death Assessment, while Arro agreed to keep the Wooden Ball containing the dead students’ souls and seek a way to save them.
  • Arro chose Owl Wizard Academy after rejecting Lionheart Castle, Medivh, and Elk, then Margaret accepted him and made his nameplate an academy identification badge.

Arc 3The Bloody Forest Expedition

Arro advanced his wizard training while avoiding academy rivalries and protecting Dilia from Knan Nabbi’s Griffin Alliance. He eventually entered the Bloody Forest with Narcissus, learned about the Guard Army and the academy’s debts, and returned with his harvest inspected and little money left.

  • Arro became a junior Wizard Apprentice after sensing his mental strength in Mentor Alice’s class, then refused her offer to take him as a student.
  • Arro stayed with Dilia, developed his theories about mental strength, and trained his three elemental spirits while learning spells and martial techniques.
  • Arro helped Dilia resist Knan Nabbi’s demand for her grilled fish recipe, using witnesses and combat to drive off the Griffin Alliance apprentices.
  • Arro declined Desi’s competition and later joined Narcissus for an expedition into the Bloody Forest, where they fought evil spirits and he gained experience.

Arro survived the Griffin Alliance’s ambush, defeated Knan Nabbi in a Deathmatch, and began investigating his mother’s past through Bosco. As Arro pursued his studies and questioned Desi’s motives, Alice and Amy prepared to use Desi and other apprentices to gather materials for Amy’s revival.

  • Arro lured the Griffin Alliance apprentices into traps in Bloody Forest, killed their pursuers, and escaped the Ruins.
  • Arro returned with Fluorescent Powder, accepted Bosco’s offer to buy future deliveries, and faced Knan Nabbi’s accusation and Deathmatch challenge.
  • Arro fought Knan Nabbi under rules that banned Shadow Element spells and Summoned Creatures, then won after Knan Nabbi died amid exploding stones.
  • Arro visited Bosco’s residence, where Bosco showed him a wanted notice identifying Annelise as his mother and questioned him about their past.
