Arc 1The Road to Shangyang

Li Musheng left the Yu Family Martial Arts School, traveled with Cang Yinyue, and became entangled in the search for Great Li’s missing Seventh Prince. After surviving the Bloodbath Alliance and the schemes of Old Man Wuxiang’s disciples, he reached Shangyang City, where competing claimants and authorities awaited him.

  • Li Musheng defeated the Scum River Seven Bandits’ attack on the Yu Family, exposed Bandit Chief Zha as the disguised Yu Xian, and gave Zhang Dazhuang the Indestructible Vajra Art before leaving.

As Li Musheng’s identity neared verification, enemies plotted against him, and the stretch ended with his carriage surrounded in a storm.

  • Cang Yinyue sealed Guan Shanxue’s true qi after Ji Feiyun intervened, then told Li Musheng about her family’s ties and her hatred of the First Madam.
  • Li Musheng entered Aurora Pavilion, where Northern Qi Meditation Qi afflicted several candidates and a black-armored Great Qi remnant attacked the hall before a gray-robed elder drove him away.

After exposing and destroying the crimes at Marquis Cangyuan Mansion and punishing Imperial Concubine Ji, he turned toward Falling God Peak while continuing to seek proof of a realm beyond Heavenly Human.

  • The coachman unleashed the Fault Blade Slash against the attackers, and Li Musheng later claimed responsibility for the remaining killings as Sun Changyu escorted him to the Heavenly Brocade Guard Headquarters.
  • Fu Qiwen verified Li Musheng’s identity as the Seventh Prince, and Emperor Yuanwu recognized him as the Eighth Prince while giving Fu Qiwen authority to test him with troublesome duties.

  • Guan Tianqian found Imperial Concubine Ji dead in Yixin Palace, while Fu Yu learned that Cang Yinyue had escaped confinement and remained committed to marrying her.
