Although the Sonic Blaster is a standard weapon unique to the Noise Marines, its core function is to utilize the destructive and disruptive power of sound waves to create chaos and inflict damage, a principle entirely different from the killing mechanisms of conventional weapons like Bolters. It focuses more on delivering a dual blow to the enemy's physiology and psychology through sound waves, causing tinnitus, dizziness, or even internal organ damage, rather than killing enemies with traditional physical projectiles or energy beams.

Their extremely unique combat methods also come with various distinct tactics and combat styles.

For instance, they can generate intense noise based on the environment to disrupt enemies and break their formations.

Just like what they did to the Crimson Angel Chapter members on the bridge earlier. It's a form of area-of-effect attack, but in close-quarters combat within confined spaces, while its power increases, it's also easy to harm allies. And it has a drawback: it requires a certain amount of space and a wind-up time.

"You all go quickly. I've planted melta bombs made from Meltaguns salvaged from boarding assault boats in the entire bridge and all the compartments below." Quan Tiehua quickly conveyed this message and then turned to head back towards the bridge.

But Chapter Master Affos grabbed his arm, saying, "You come with us. The Librarian is a Psyker; he can teleport back to the warship. You don't need to worry." His weak tone and the hand that wasn't holding on indicated his current fragility.

Quan Tiehua said nothing but snatched a Power Sword from the Apothecary beside him. "I know. But I want to avenge them."

Chapter Master Affos fell silent. He looked at Quan Tiehua, who was being repaired and treated by the Tech-Sergeant and Apothecary, and murmured, "I'm sorry. It was my command error."

As a Codex Astartes Space Marine, Quan Tiehua's body recovered quickly. After receiving the greatest battlefield repairs and treatment from the Tech-Sergeant and Apothecary, He stood up directly and looked at Chapter Master Affos. "It's not your fault. It's those maggots in the Imperium. They provided false intelligence." He paused for a moment, then added, "For the Emperor."
