Adam held the DV camera and followed Little Sheldon as he knocked on the principal's office door.

"What is it this time, Sheldon?"

The principal looked up, and the sight of Little Sheldon immediately gave him a headache. Then he noticed Adam and the DV camera and frowned. "What are you doing?"

"Hello, Principal."

Little Sheldon said solemnly, "We're filming a video to persuade my mother to let me attend college now. We need your support, as well as the teachers'..."

"Okay, no problem."

Before Little Sheldon could finish, the principal smiled. "We guarantee our cooperation. You want us to say we support you going to college now on camera, right?"

When Little Sheldon nodded, the principal said impatiently, "Then let's begin."

Little Sheldon frowned, somewhat surprised by how agreeable the principal was. However, he did not care at all about the principal's sudden change in attitude and merely turned to Adam.

"You can start."

Adam gave him an OK gesture.

"A student like Sheldon comes along once in a hundred years."

The principal was an old hand at this sort of thing and launched straight into the interview. "After he leaves, our school will never be the same. But I know he'll make something of himself. I'm honored to have made even the slightest contribution."

With that, he gave his kindest smile.

"Very good. Now it's Mr. Givens's turn."

Little Sheldon was very pleased with the principal's praise. He lifted his chin slightly, a restrained pride on his face, then turned and left the principal's office.

"Would you like me to tell them to cooperate?"

the principal asked enthusiastically.

"I don't think that'll be necessary."

Adam put away the DV camera and quipped, "I'm sure all the teachers care for Sheldon just as much as you do, Principal."

"Hehe."

The principal immediately laughed and looked at Adam appreciatively. "Your name is Adam, right? You have talent. I think highly of you!"

Just as expected, once all the teachers heard that Little Sheldon was filming the video so he could leave for college, every one of them eagerly cooperated.

The science teacher said, "He's ready. He can leave in the fall—no, he can leave now. Please~"

"Cut!"

Director Cooper called a stop and looked uncertainly at Adam. "Was that sarcasm? Why does it feel worse than the principal's clip?"

"No, that was genuine emotion," Adam said with a straight face.

"Okay."

Little Sheldon could not actually tell sarcasm from sincerity. Since Adam said so, he nodded.

"Mr. Givens, restrain yourself a little."

Adam gave the excited bald teacher a meaningful look.

"All right, all right."

The science teacher immediately understood that he had gone overboard. When they filmed again, he forcibly held himself back. "Sheldon is my finest student. I'm proud that he can attend college at such a young age. Fame should come early, after all. To support him, I can chip in for travel expenses. I can even personally help move his luggage into his dorm, whatever he needs..."

At that point, the science teacher took a deep breath and raised both thumbs. "Please, you absolutely must let him leave for college."

"Very good."

Little Sheldon was very satisfied with this recording and had Adam point the DV camera at his homeroom teacher, who also taught English and had been waiting at the door.

The homeroom teacher said, "I have nothing left to teach Sheldon. I'm certain he's already smarter than I am..."

"That's true."

Little Sheldon could not help leaning into the shot and giving a thumbs-up to the camera.

"Let's go find Dr. John Sturgis."

Ever since Little Sheldon had started high school, these teachers and the principal had been urging him to transfer schools every few days. Their support simply was not very persuasive.

First, Dr. Sturgis had been Little Sheldon's college preparatory mentor for the past year.

Second, Dr. Sturgis was Little Sheldon's Grandma's former boyfriend and had always taken good care of him.
