Even at a large party with over 100 people, after Cristina, Meredith, and George finished their awkward dance on the table, they simply gathered with Bianca in a room to drink and chat.

Everyone else was just there to liven Tool Person up.

This is Meredith's home, so it's understandable that she doesn't like big parties like this.

Cristina, her eyes glazed over, glanced at Bianca, who was playing with them, and gestured toward Adam, who was surrounded by women.
