On the plane.

Beep!

A flight attendant picked up the call phone and began making an announcement.

"Please note that we have two extra seats available, so we would like to ask two volunteers to take the next flight. We will give each of them a plane ticket to any destination as a token of our appreciation."

The people in the cabin looked at each other, but no one spoke.

Despite the compensation, no one was willing to volunteer.

Christmas is just around the corner, and plane tickets are in high demand. Everyone is rushing to reunite with their families for Christmas, and it would be such a pity if they missed it.

Who would be willing to take that risk for a mere free ticket?

"Is there anyone willing to volunteer?"

The flight attendant made the announcement again, and seeing that no one still volunteered, she shook her head helplessly. "Since no one is willing to volunteer, we will randomly select two passengers to disembark and board the next flight. The selected passengers, please cooperate with the staff, thank you."

"Damn it, this has happened again!"

"Mom Amy, said irritably."

To maximize profits, United States airlines have always oversold tickets to prevent a decrease in load factor due to ticket refunds and changes.

However, this leads to a serious problem: during peak seasons and special holidays, the overbooking rate set according to the mathematical model will be lower than the actual overbooking rate, resulting in an overbooked flight.

This is a flight; overloading is not allowed.

Therefore, the only option was to ask passengers who had already booked tickets, paid for them, and were seated on the plane to disembark, using additional tickets or other preferential measures, to remove the excess number of passengers.

They call themselves volunteers.

This is standard procedure and you'll often encounter it when flying.

Most of the time, there are people who are not in a hurry who are willing to volunteer, after all, there is compensation.

"Don't worry, Mom."

Adam comforted her, "You're pregnant, and you're with Charlie, Teddy, Gabe, three minors. No one will dare let you and Dad go down there."

"What if you're chosen?"

Mom Amy worriedly said, "When our family goes out, we must all be together; no one can be left behind."

"Hehe."

Adam smiled and said confidently, "Don't worry, it won't happen."

Unless the crew members were inhumane, they would never have chosen him to disembark.

The flight attendant who had made the announcement put down the phone and began walking around the cabin to make selections.

The passengers were somewhat agitated, worried about being selected.

"Ladies, please disembark with me and board the next flight."

The flight attendant glanced around and spotted two Asian women. Her eyes lit up, and she walked over to them, smiling gently.

"What?"

The two Asian women, who appeared to be a mother and daughter of Southern Cosmic Race, the short but plump middle-aged woman exclaimed, "Why should I? Do you know who my husband is?"

"Excuse me, ma'am."

The flight attendant, her smile unchanged, said, "Please cooperate with our work."

"No!"

The middle-aged woman exclaimed, "This is racial discrimination! I'm going to sue you! My husband is Dr. Rubinstein from Beverly Hills!"

The flight attendant frowned. The doctors in Beverly Hills were all respected figures and not to be trifled with, but the passengers were all watching, so he couldn't back down, or things would get really messy.

Besides, what the other party said might not be true; it's more likely they're exaggerating. Otherwise, given her husband's status, he would definitely be flying first class or business class.

There's no such thing as extra volunteers there!

"Excuse me, ma'am, please cooperate. We are following the company's standard procedures."

The flight attendant's tone hardened.

"Impossible!"

The middle-aged woman shouted, "I want to go with my daughter to reunite with my husband. We bought tickets and it's only right that we take a plane. You have no right to kick us off the plane."

"No, ma'am, we have the right to do so."

The flight attendant became increasingly assertive. "This is airline policy. Please cooperate. If you do not cooperate, I will ask security to enforce it."

"Mother."

The eighteen or nineteen-year-old single-eyelid girl next to her tugged at her mother's sleeve and said calmly, "Let's get off. The airline has the right to do this. We can complain about their racial discrimination, but that won't change anything."

"No! I'm not going down!"

The middle-aged woman still refused.

She was the eighth wife of Dr. Rubinstein Beverly Hills, a proud woman from the South Korea, and was always looked up to wherever she went. Now, she was being humiliated and kicked off a plane. She was unwilling to swallow this insult.

"Security guard!"

After the flight attendant inquired again and saw that the middle-aged woman was determined not to disembark, she directly called security.

"What do you want? You dare touch me and I'll have my husband kill you all!"

The middle-aged woman looked at the burly security guard and panicked, calling out in a weak voice.

"Please cooperate with our work."

The security guard grabbed the middle-aged woman and led her outside.

"Ah!"

The middle-aged woman screamed, using both hands and feet to cling to the seat, refusing to get down no matter what.

It's not just about saving face.

She was indeed rushing with her daughter to meet her husband in Palm Springs, how romantic it would be to Christmas in the place where they first met.

If things get delayed, who knows what other people her doctor husband might meet?

Sunshine, mineral spring, swimming pool, cool and beautiful women...

Her husband, a renowned surgeon, and those young sluts were incredibly alluring to each other; all they lacked was a perfect encounter. She couldn't rest easy until she got there immediately.

Back then, wasn't it precisely because of this that she, along with her daughter, became the pride of the South Korea?

"Madam, let go!"

The security guard shouted a warning, but when the middle-aged woman ignored him, he immediately called for another security guard to come and help.

Several security guards worked together to pull the middle-aged woman off her seat.

Because of excessive force, the middle-aged woman's face hit the armrest of the seat, her nose immediately started bleeding, and she was dragged to the floor. She cried and struggled as the security guards dragged her out of the cabin.

The scene was once shocking.

The middle-aged woman's daughter tried to step forward but was stopped by another security guard.

"Enough!"

Adam stopped the security guard, helped the middle-aged woman up, and frowned, saying, "My brother and I are here to volunteer, give them our spots! Is it really necessary to do this on a holiday?"

"Sir? Are you sure?"

The flight attendant didn't want to cause any trouble, and seeing Adam nod, she naturally agreed, "Alright, please come with me off the plane."

"Yeah!"

The third brother Gabe, thought he wouldn't have to go to Palm Springs and shouted happily.

"No! Gabe with us, but Teddy is with you."

Although Amy was a little unhappy, she still appreciated her son's actions. However, she couldn't stand Gabe's behavior, so she pressed Gabe down and replaced him with Teddy, who was almost an adult, so she would feel more at ease.

"Oh~"

The third brother Gabe, let out a wail.

At this moment, the middle-aged woman's daughter suddenly spoke up, "I'll go with you."
