Cecilia is the eldest daughter of the Orkatt Family and was recognized from childhood for her super affinity with the Wind Element. She later encountered the Great Prophecy Art, giving her a second route of cultivation centered on destiny. Two years before meeting Linley in Windmill City, Cecilia was targeted amid the Faith War after an informant betrayed her planned escape. Her maids and guards were sacrificed during the attack, but Linley intervened and killed the assassins instantly after sensing their leader’s killing intent toward him.
