• Shade learned the Night Curtain Seal from Dorothy’s miracle and helped spread its protective versions as the group tested them against Dangerous Radiance.
• Shade met Miss Danist with Miss Feliana and Fiona, discussed the Battle of Moon Bay, and learned that Miss Feliana would teach him the Arrow of Night.
• Shade joined Siris and Vanessa’s opera, forged Vanessa a ring engraved “Eternal Love,” and later met her beneath the Moon at the Black Night Spirit Temple.
• Vanessa’s Moon Dance and sacrifice with Shade blended the Moon’s and Earth’s powers, bringing her to the threshold of the Thirteenth Order.
• The Mermaid commissioned Shade to collect a debt from a man named Bennett in exchange for releasing the man’s three children and letting Shade keep the wealth.
• Shade and Doctor Schneider returned a lost cat and talked on the unfinished Moon Bay Bridge, where Shade gained new power after seeing a golden emblem appear behind the doctor.
• Shade hosted Miss Feliana and Fiona in Tobesk, explored the Holy White Chapel with them, and gained Innocent Creator’s blessing for Toy Making before they left the era.
• Shade bought the Poet Level Benevolent Doctor’s Injection Needle from Old John, who said the God Summoner was now regarded as the Material World’s strongest Ring Arcanist.

Shade dealt with the Cavendish twins’ time anomaly, then followed Miss Danist’s trail into Vesta Woodland and reached the black market in Vesta City. He learned that the region held dangerous secrets tied to Creekwood Town and began searching for clues about Miss Danist and time anomalies.

• Shade spent his holiday visiting friends and taking detective commissions, then received ancient texts about Moon worship and time-traveling Tree Hollows.
• Shade mastered Radiant Moon Perception Realm and Arrow of Night before going to Yodel Palace for Queen Diana’s delivery.
• Shade discovered that the Twin Princes were causing time loops because they believed they had returned from a future war, and helped them surrender their Chosen One powers.
• Shade received the princes’ time-resistant umbilical cords, learned Miss Goode had left Little Mia in his care, and continued training with Sister Devlin.
• Shade bought the time-stopping relic Instant and Lucky Soy Milk from Old John, then learned Miss Danist had gone missing in Vesta Woodland.
• Shade found a hidden passage into the woodland and met a golden-haired elf who agreed to guide him if he retrieved her goods from the local black market.
• Shade followed the elf’s wreath to Vesta City and entered a hidden tavern, where he learned about local rumors of a Dragon, an ancient Evil Spirit Demon, and a damaging Blood Moon over Creekwood Town.

Shade brought Miss Danist back from 1763 and joined her and Flora Winslet in investigating the Time Curse and Vesta City’s time disturbances. Their search uncovered the Tree Hole Association, while Shade began helping Flora pursue her own goal of finding her uncle.

• Luvia’s divinations led Shade to the Accordion Hotel, where he discovered a cabinet that connected unpredictably to the past and used it to find Miss Danist in 1763.
• Shade brought Miss Danist through the cabinet to 1854, where he learned that Flora Winslet had also been trapped in the past and transformed into an owl.
• Shade met Flora, admitted his relationship with Galina, and agreed to help her find her missing uncle while investigating the Time Curse with her and Miss Danist.
• Shade received an Enlightenment Potion from the Old Priest and entered the Time Corridor, where he met Frank Nelson and Anya Bullock at Black Sand Dock.
• Shade and Anya arranged with the Ferryman to travel into True Death and return, agreeing to pay with regret, sinful guilt, and Soul’s Warmth.
• Shade and Flora searched Bennett Old House, found a concealed chamber of antiques, and escaped Arcanists who attacked them as the past began pulling Flora away.
• Elf Miss killed a fleeing Arcanist, and Flora identified the attackers as members of the Tree Hole Association, whose souls revealed that the group monitored the Bennett Family and numbered about one hundred in Vesta Woodland.
• Flora proposed questioning the Arcanists’ souls again in a place suited to the undead, then asked Shade to test Toy Making on her.

Shade and his companions investigated time curses and discovered several Tree Hollows connecting Creekwood Town to the past. After temporal confusion trapped Miss Winslet and Miss Danist, Shade summoned Adele Isabella for help.

• Flora Winslet summoned a dead Arcanist who revealed the Tree Hole Association’s strength and its interest in Bennett Old House, then Shade pulled Flora back from the Underworld.
• Flora reported the Association and the eighth Chosen One to the Witch Council, while Adele Isabella identified Flora’s affliction as a Time Curse.
• Shade and Miss Danist investigated the Bennett and Kaming families, finding the curse on Baron Kaming and his son, and learned that James Kaming was his own father.
• Shade and Miss Danist discovered a Tree Hollow leading to 1821 and found evidence that Miss Danist’s supposedly dead Teacher might have traveled through it.
• Shade uncovered a second Tree Hollow in James Kaming’s book, which let him observe James exchanging messages with Erica in 1802.
• Shade entered Room 317’s temporal illusion, escaped with Danist, and met a mysterious Thirteenth Ring woman who explained the dangers of Tree Hollow travel.
• Shade returned Miss Danist to 1854, then used Miss Winslet’s instructions to draw the temporal fog through the passageway and summoned Adele Isabella for help.
